I resigned my job 8 monthsback
I applied for Pf. it's already 4 months past. I asked local office details of pf submission, they simply saying your application was sent to gurgaon head office.
and the pf website is showing no records of submission. I asked local office give me the head office mail ID and phone No. they are not giving any of details. they simply escaping from the matter. what to do? pl advise me whom I have to approach.

my son is 16. Applying for passport . Parents don't have passport . His father and I are separated yet not legally divorced. He is out of contact for several years. I don't have the marriage certificate . I have 3 queries
1)where should I get it Notarized and how ? I'm from Vizag. Should I go to court or something. Is it hard to get it Notarized ? Should I show marriage certificate ?
2)what date should I provide in the annexure? Like today or the day I want to get it Notarized , or anyday ?
3)what would be an apt reason to provide in the reason blank. So I will have least trouble .

Dear sir, in the year 1960 my grand father got a plot from ghram panchayat in harijana colony but he sold it in the same year, but still in the rtc my grand father name is coming. And I have taken the EC also but no transaction happened I got only form 16, but katha is in some others name so what can I do, do I have any thoughts to fight for it please let me know.

Can the self acquired property be given as gift to three persons, viz wife, son and daughter-in-law. If so should the gift deed specify one=third each.
Please clarify.

My father and his three brothers have not obtained any share of the ancesteral property of their father or mother. Since it was denied by their sister's husband who had control of them, they filed a case. The lower court had judged that they obtain a share in their father's property.
So, now they have appealed in the higher court for the share in their mothers ancesteral property. This property is now vested with the sister's three children. They are not willing to part with this as they claim that my grandmother sold this property to their father. This was done without the consent of any of the four sons.
How far is this case valid? What could be the consequences?
They are not willing for any compromise in the Lok Adalat courts, at Madurai.
Can we obtain a stay order to restrain them from using the property now, after an appeal was given three years back?
Kindly advise and suggest.

My father was died in a road accident on 17/08/2015.I lodge a FIR at that time ,driver was not caught but vehicle was caught along with DL and owner book also found. I want to know how much time required to file chargesheet in this case.

Dear Sir,
Honorable High court given a verdict to promote me for associate professor. I have submitted the verdict to my employer 15 days before. I came to know that employer is not going to implement the court's verdict.
In that case, what is the minimum time frame after which i can go for contempt of court? What are the basic criteria for contempt of court.

Sir, my wife has filed rcr case 2 months back today being respondent I replied on her petition. Also today I got 1st hearing date which is on 19th Jan 2016.
Here my question is can I extend this date as I am not available on that date on account of my job related urgent audit work. My lawyer is saying it is not advisable to extend this date as she has applied for interim maintenance u/s 24.
Plz. help me.

Education loan
I had taken a education loan in 2009 for my b.tech but didn't get any job. Now before some days I got a notice for appearance in lok adalat. I visited the lok adalat and the honorable judge gave an reward of paying 538000 Rs/- but I am not in condition to pay such a big amount. And the notice was on my fathers name but I signed the reward. what should I do if I am not able to pay that amount. And they didn't even give me the copy of that order too. need help urgently
