I have taken a flat. Soon after my registration it is observed that the registrar office has made mistake in pin code of property address in index 2. Now what to do?

Sir/madam I wanna to know that if someone submitted fake experience certificate in govt. Job and get job. After 2 years on verification found that exp. Certificate was fake. Is there any way that he/she can save his/her job

My deceased Fathers land has to be inherited by Us being Class 1 heir. due to the conflicts between his ascendants ( Being Me , my brother, and two of my sister) We might not be in the position to mutually do the same. can you please let me know the procedures for the same through court of law. how long Can the same Shall proceed if we have the rtc for the same. thank you

Sir,
I am 25 years old, private employee working in Visakhkapatnam, AP. On 19th March 2014, my Father called up with false intimation that my Grand Ma was sick. But when i have reached there I have realised that they are just called me to fix a marriage with a Worse Scoundrel and un educated and all types of habituated wrong person just because that he is not taking dowry and he has helped my father with Rs. 10000/- during my education. As my mum and dad were emotionally blackmailed that they would end up their lives or they would get bad names if their word of mouth is not fulfilled, i unwillingfully got married to that animal in a Church and instantly it got Marriage Registration Certificate. Except that there were no photos, videos. Soon after marriage both of us kept in room for 10 days where in we supposed to indulge in physical intimacy but i have not at all allowed that guy to touch me as i hate that relationship.
When I came to visakhapatnam, i have resumed to my duties and have been working till date. After that that so called my husband went to Gulf countries and i have received hardly twice or thrice a call from him demanding whether i would come my home town leaving my job permanently and be with him or not for which i am not at all willing. Apart from that he never taken any care or responsibility of mine. How ever again few days ago again my father planned a false web, due to which again i believed him blindly, went to my home town as my so called husband came from dubai. Now my parents want me to go to his house and be with him for which i have seriously objected and calmly made come positive words with which i succeeded in relocating to my work place without any danger.
Now, I wish to get separated from him. If any one of my parents come and forcefully try to take me along with them how should i protect myself ? Can i create a divorce notice (mutual divorce petition as he is also not interested in me) or normal divorce notice and send it to his local address (another city in andhra) so that it get signed by him and my divorce gets issued? what exactly to be done and how tobe done ? when i approached local lawyer they are asking 15000...i m unable to afford that much.
As there are petty political Rep, Police in my near family do i need to contact Press to protect myself ? what should i do? Please reply immediately ..!
Further, I have acquired Passport stating that i m single but when police went to my home town my parents simply spoiled that enquiry and told the cop that i got married resulting which the enquiry mentioned as adverse..but later i got passport. Now i got notice from Passport office that i have lied and i should produce marriage certificate or affidavit. When i have contacted local passport official, they are insisting that i should produce only marriage certificate as my PP has been stopped online, even though it got issued and in my hands.. what to do..

My father-in-law has left two carbon copies of his unregistered will with his two sons . The will is in his original hand writing.The original hand written will is with a freind of his who lives in the US now .The carbon copies of the Will with the 2 brothers however, has signatures of the two witness signed in ink i.e bear the original signatures in ink .
Is this Will valid in court. Please help.

Due to various problems caused by in-law & husband I started staying separate from last 3 months.
They did not call.
All my belongings, jewelries,etc. are there with in-laws and husband.
What step shall I take?

Plz koie upaye batayen ki case dismis bhi na ho na dwarka court transfer ho
Kiyo ki bacha mujhe apne sasur s lena h to bacche ke waha rahne s kiya fark padta h

Dear sir/madam mera naam manoj sisodiya from indore mp. Mere father mpeb mein govt employee the jo ki expire ho gaye hai. Mein married hoon aur mera chota bhai bhi hai wo bhi married hai. Abhi mein aur mera bhai joint mein rehte hai aur meri mother bhi saath mein rehti hai. Meri mother mpeb mein pensioner hai aur unko 10000 per month pension aati hai. Mera ghar ground + 2 floor ka hai jisme ground par shops hai jinka rent 16000 rs aata hai. Mein aur mera bhai aur mother first floor par rehte hai aur second floor par 2 flat hai jinka rent 11000 rs per month aata hai. Meri bhai ki salary 5000 per month hai aur uski wife aur 1 ladka aur 1 ladki hai. Meri salary 18000 hai aur meri wife aur 1 beta hai. Meri mother chahti hai ki mein 2nd floor par back wale flat par rehne chala jaoon aur meri mother mere bhai ke saath 1st floor par rehna chahti hai kyunki wo usko favour karti hai. Mene meri mother ko bola ki shops ka rent mere aur mere bhai mein equally divide kar do aur jo bhi bhai 2nd floor par rahega wo upar ke 1flat ka rent + shops ka half rent rakhega. Kyunki har bhai floorwise rahega. Lekin meri mother bol rahi hai ki tujhe rent nahi milega aur tu upar jaakar back wale flat par rahega. Aur poora rent mother rakhna chahti hai jo ki mere chote bhai ke saath rehna chahti hai. Meri mother ka kehna hai ki poora rent wo rakhegi aur chote bhai jo ki sirf 5000 mahina kamata hai uspar kharch karegi. Dear sir mujhe bataye ki kya mujhe half rent nahi milna chahiye. Agar mein jobless ho gaya to fir mein kya karunga. Agar aisa hi raha to mere bhai ko kamane ki zaroorat hi nahi rahegi kyunki poora rent uske aur mother ke pass rahega. Mujhe half rent ke liye kya karna chahiye.

Further Investigation U/a 173(8)
Chargesheet was filed after 2 months of the criminal offence. Should application for Further Investigation U/s 173(8) necessarily include ONLY the lapses & events upto the date of Chargesheet or can it also include further criminal that have taken place after date of Chargesheet that expose the involvement of additional persons to light ?
What is the best way to bring such further criminal acts after date of Chargesheet to the notice of the Court/police to enable charge sheeting of more people whose complicity has been uncovered ?
Is filing another FIR the way forward or should it be brought to the notice of the court or what ? Please advise.
