Dear All,
I hv purchased a land and power of attorney was done in favour of me as registration of land is banned in my area for some time.
Now I have learned from somewhere that previous owner is trying to sell the same land to someone else as no registration was done in my favour.
Can u please let me know how to secure myself through court.

Dear All Experts please give your opinion of below noted case.
We are running a Trust and our Trust have purchased a Land beside a Railway track the distance of Railway track to my land is 1/2 K.M. and we have all legal documents to me which will establish that the land belongs to our Trust i.e SALE DEED, MUTATION CERTIFICATE AND LOCAL PANCHAYAT PARCHA. now the case is when we are engaged in our construction job the railway department officials and some RFP obstruct our construction job and claimed that the land belong to RAILWAY if we do not stop the construction job then they will put us behind bars. After this incident one Advocate gave me advice to put the law into motion and file a case u/s 144 Cr.P.C. but since the incident of 6 month the local police did not put the enquiry report before court. Now seeing the apathy of police i have filed a RTI application to the CPIO of railway indicating the incident and asked them to produce the details of land whether the land belong to railway or not and desired some information like SALE DEED of particular land and GAZATEE NOTIFICATION of that particular land.
please advice me am i going to the right direction or what to do.

i have a query
. My grandfather had 20 bigha land in city
It was suceeded by my father n uncle no partition was done
As both family are not in touch have some dispute ..both party sells land to different parties
Now I think that my uncle share is over and he is selling my share as there was no partition. What shud i do?
He( uncle)sold some part of land to someone 10 days back and for daakhil Kharij that person
Approach ed court tehsildar..
I want to oppose it..so that mutations don't take place..please suggest
I want to cancel make void that sale deed too... Can registrar can't interfere in this..as its only 10 days..or i have to approach civil court for that...plz suggest

Respected, all members,
please, suggest me, if a person dies after his pension of the last month has credited to his bank account. But he could not able to withdraw it and he dies. He lost his wife before and He has a widow daughter who is a house wife and she depends only on this pension. Please, tell me, what are the legal procedures to get his pension of the last month, already which has credited to his bank account? And does his daughter able to get the benefits of his pension in future? If, so, then what is the legal procedure?

I purchased 1200 sqft residential land near Arisinakunte ( Nelamangala - Bangalore North) during March 2012. As the developer was known to me since 12 years of time, So i did not check any legalities.
Yesterday when i saw CDP plan 2015, the land registered to me falls in Green (Parks and open spaces/ sports / burial ground/ cemeteries / Burial grounds ).
My doubts are
1) How the land got registered in my name at Sub-register office during March 2012?
2) To-day i had been to stamp vendor and asked about the property hurdles. He says that still the site can be registered in another's name ( meaning Sale of plot ) but presently Khatha cannot be obtained to revenue residential layouts due to govt decision.
3) So i have options to deceive the innocent.
4) Currently I cannot ask the developer regarding genuineness of the property as very recently the developer lost his daughter in an accident.
5) Still how many people should get victimized of these registration issues. I mean govt should not encourage these kind of land use for registration and put people into dilemma.
6) Lastly if govt acquire my property can i claim for compensation or benefits from govt reaches the original land developer
Please advice me regarding the property.

what is the meaning of 'any magistrate' as per sec.97 cr.p.c.. Whether any magistrate in India can issue a search warrant as provided u/sec. 97 cr.p.c. without having a territorial jurisdiction of the place where the offence of wrongful confinement was committed. e.g. whether a magistrate of first class of Nasik can issue a search warrant for the person who is wrongfully confined at solapur.
If possible plz provide answer with the judgement.
