I want to ask question if a girl commits sucide and wrote letter against her boyfriend. Can his family members and friend are charged under section IPC 306 and if charged then what will be the punishment to his family members or friends.

Dear Experts, Namaste.
One of my client has paid entire loan amount to the bank or say even more but the bank carry on a demand and eager to use power under SARFAESI.
My client has enough money to pay but he says that why the bank is not showing accounts and why bank not considering the point of dispute? The bank charged higher amount of interest, debited very huge amount against the exp of Chowkidars to protect property (without any sound reason) and added a huge amount against legal expenses, some insurances and for payment to securitization agents. this all sum is more than Rs 8 lakh.
The Bank managers are keeping mum and not reply any notice as they have property of 2 crore against their demand Rs 5 lakh.
If I go to the DRT under SARFAESI act the DRT says 'just say that what is mistake of bank in procedure and this court is not empowered to settle your accounts related disputes,.
If I go to civil Court for suit for accounts the bank raises objection that the loan is secured and only DRT has jurisdiction.
In proper words it is cheating by bank against my client but he is help less.
One more glitch is there. My client is legal heir of the original borrower. The bank says that 'even if after entire payment, bank will not hand over possession and you are to obtain a succession certificate'.
In rajasthan, a Succession certificate means 3% court fee and 2 years time + advocates fee and expenditure. It cost to my client around Rs 7 or 8 lakh.
Please suggest what is the law. I would be much obliged if you suggest some case law.

Dear Sir,
my mother during her life time gifted her flat in favour of her son in 2011.she forwarded duly registered gift deed to society in April 2013 for recording and transfer of flat in society records but received no response for over 3 months. A complaint was sent to the deputy registrar of CHS with request for deemed membership. On the advise of the deputy registrar appeal was filed by donees for membership u/s 22(2) Mcs act 1960 in sept 2013. Matter was heard and concluded by filing written arguements by both sides in may 2014. My mother was sick with oldage related medical conditions expired in april 2014. Thereafter the daughter intervened in the matter and was allowed as party by deputy registrar and the case proceeded.Till date the deputy registrar has not passed any order even after my request for order. Note the flat was her self acquired property.
kindly please advise in the matter.

Iam pursuing a consumer case in the SCDRF at chennai since September 2008 and after a prolong adjournment by the opposite parties viz ICICI bank and a politically influenced builder, arguments was concluded in the month of September 2015 and then it was posted for orders on 16th Oct 2015, but the court was reposting for orders since then and finally it was posted for 29th Dec 2015. Since the Hon'ble Judicial member was to retire this 31st Dec 2015, he again reposted it as "Posted for RE-ARGUMENT to 7th Jan 2016. Can I be guided what I have to do?

Hello,
I have a Flat in a Co-op housing society in Arihant, Badlapur,for which I had taken a Home Loan from SBI in the year 2010 and for the same reasons, i got a Provisional NOC from the builder.
However, now, I need to transfer the Loan to HDFC and for the same, HDFC Bank is asking for a Provisional NOC from either the builder or the society. Right now, there is a dispute going on between the Builder and the Society.
The builder wants to give a handover of the society, however, the society is not willing to take a handover as there are some open action items, which need to be completed before handover.
I spoke to the Builder, they are asking me to speak to the Society Running committee. I spoke to the running committee and they are unsure of the process for the Issuance of the Provisional NOC and are demanding 25,000/-. I am stuck right now as the offer from HDFC will be cancelled if not actioned urgently by me.

Even first appearance in NIAct case the accused can file a U/Sec 317 of Cr.P.C. petition along with Memo of Appearance ?

Hello Sir,
This is with regard to my sister`s birth certificate registered as per Registrar of birth and death Govt of Karnataka.
Her actual date of birth is 28- Sep-1994 its the same in SSLC marks card, PAN Card, Voter ID and Aadhar card in all the documents.
Recently we got to know while applying for her passport its a difference in the month as per the records its 28-Nov-1994. Registrar of birth and death, which needs to be corrected to 28-Sep-1994
We need to apply for her name Inclusion birth certificate as well as correction in the month.
We will be really thankful for your expert advice. Thank you

I live in a house having 3BHK (Rented House) with my brother, bhabi and nephew. I got married in Feb 2012 in the age of 39 years, when she was about 35 years old. We never demand dory. After 2 month of marriage, problems got started, She started to blame on my bhabiji, like there are something between me and Bhabi but nothing as such, she is not allowed to make the food, while no body in the family likes the food made by him, I not give the time to her like this. In Dec 2012 she blessed with girl baby, (now she is 3 year old). Her behavior is very rough and called for her family 5-6 time within a year of marriage for quarreling with me and my family. Her family also threatened to me and my family. It was going on by june 2013 after that her family stopped to come at my home. But she speaks to them daily for 3-4 hrs. I am very tense since the marriage. I am very simple man. I could not sleep properly in the same room with her and reason being fell down by ill and got serious and after one month I rejoined the office. After May 2014 I started to sleep in third room which was vacant, she objected that time but I continued to sleep in the separate room. Slowly slowly she started to make her food separate in the same kitchen, separate festival celebration even last Diwali she celebrated separately without my consent. 5days back her brother threatened to me in the night at 12AM.
Now I want to know :-
Can I file divorce petition against her while she is living in same rented house.
What she has right to file against me and my family
Can I be able to get divorce.
Can I take the stand that there is no physical relation between us since June 2012 and I also used to sleep in separate room from one and half years.
Landlord also may raise objection while receiving notice in his premises.
What are the complications may be there
Where if she do not agree to get divorce and what will be the position.
Whether she can fight the case living in the same house
