Some of my known person says no need to go for recovery of tresspassed portion as it happened before the actual case complete. adjust last month rent from security deposit

I have given my owner the notice tat I wil be vacating by end of Jan 2016.as per agreement I have given a months notice. I stay with my family, and have always paid rent on correct date since the first day. Now I have requested him to adjust the last months rent from the security deposit.(owner is having 2 months deposit,I am opening with last month rent only) Agreement clearly says ,deposit wil be returned after 1 week from vacancy only after deducting DUES,DAMAGes,loss against property or maintanence. Owner wil be still having a months rent with him to deduct anything after deducting a months pending rent. In this scenario, m not breaching the terms ,I am only asking to extend some time for RENT and deduct from deposit instead of returning it. Can owner ask me to vacate the premises with immediate effects?

Liability of brother towards his unmarried/widow sister

I have a query related to family disputes and liability of a brother towards his unmarried/widow sister.
1. My aunt(my father's sister) and my grandparents were living with us in our house. The house is in name of my father and my grandfather had no will.
2. My aunt is a divorcee since 21 years but she has not got any proof of her marriage and divorce.
3. She has not got any legal documents except a PAN card. There is no property in her name except a Bank FDR.
4. She suffered from mental illness years ago and has been taking medicines since then without any prescription.
5. Both my grandparents have passed away and have left no property/source of income for her.

Given her argumentative and violent nature along with her mental condition we do not want to keep her in our house. My other aunts' and their families have already cut ties with her.

Does my father have any statutory liability towards my aunt?
Is he required by Hindu Succession Act or any other law enforce to keep her in our house?
Is he liable for any of her expenses?

Reply ASAP.
Thanks

Investigation

in my case a complain received by court under 498a and sent to IO for investigation under 156(3). name of 6 accused has been deleted out of 7 in charge sheet of police.

now my wife filed an application for reinvestigation in court without any evidences and court asks me why does not reinvestigate the case?

my question is that under which sec of crpc magistrate can give orders for reinvestigation as 173(8) says only IO can forward for it when he gets some evidences.
please guide me.
