Sugar factory made an agreement with X to do certain work and paid Rs: 10 laks as an advanced sum. if dispute arises, Whether agreement is compulsorily registrable.

a private company hired me and took my original certificates and made me to give bond for 2 yrs . now i don't to work there due to personal reasonsand asked for certificates. they didny gave them and did nt responded in d right way.bond was written on 100 rs non-judicial stamp paper.they holded my one month salary also. now to get my documents back wat i need to do?

I took 20 lakhs from a marwadi friend, was going to pay him in 6 months but could not pay due to certain problems, having said that I paid him after a year and also paid 4 lakhs more as interest, there was no formal written agreement , but now he wants 12 lakhs more making it 5% per month interest,
in the period after 6 months he literally haraassed me hence i had to give him some signed cheqs, as interest etc. now he is using these cheqs to harass me and wants to file some 138 case for cheq bounce.
All the payment to him and from him are legitimate bank transactions so I have proof of the total 24 lakhs paid.
what should i do?

My grandfathers are two brothers one is hindu and the other is christian.My family is Christian.My father died when i was 2 years age.Now My cousin from the hindu family.he got Schedule caste certificate as his tribe is namasudra.Now i have done the online form fillup and I wrote OBC2 which give Christian converted from Schedule caste.Now the counter person is asking you too have to write namasudra.If i give namasudra i would be a Hindi.What should i do to prove him?

This acts amend as per provision of sec 6 amends many provision of Civil Procedure Code 1909
ORDER XI : DISCOVERY AND INSPECTION
Above mentioned is existing position and present position
For Order XI of the Code , the following Order should be substituted namely
Order XI " Disclosure , Discovery and Inspection of Documents in Suits before the Commercial Division of a High Court or a Commercial Court

Some where it gives impression that OrderXI of CPC 1908 is removed for civil cases.
It seems in haste bills are passed with error

I along with my cousin brothers inherited some property from my grandfather's grandfather. Now my query is :- 1) am I the absolute owner of my share and can I bequeath my share as per my will or 2) do I have to share it with my wife,son and my married daughter and 3) how will my share be divided if I die intestate

THE GUARANTOR DOES NOT HAVE ANY PROPERTY OF HIS OWN NOR THE OFFSPRINGS HAVE INHERITED ANYTHING.IS IT LEGAL TO RECOVER FROM THE CHILDREN EVENTHOUGH IT IS EARNED BY THEM.
