ARUN received a property/land through gift deed in 1995.
His brother RAJ wanted to take a loan from bank in 2002 after pledging the above land of Arun’s. Arun waived away his rights on the said property through a 100rs stamp paper. RAJ got the loan sanctioned after pledging the same land. In 2011 RAJ had fully repaid/settled the loan.
In 2016 there arises a dispute for the same land between ARUN and RAJ.
ARUN approaches court with the gift deed of 1995. RAJ counters with above mentioned 100rs stamp paper.
WHO IS THE LEGAL OWNER OF THE LAND AND WHY?!

Sir meri wife ne kuch time pehle mere khilaf women cell me 498a ki complaint ki thi jo fake sabit hui or close ho gyi.ab dobara meri wife ne mere khilaf 498a ipc 506 and kidnapping ki women cell me complaint ki hai.mai janna chahta hu ki kya main women cell se 498a ki certified copy issue krke is complaint ko false sabit kar skta hu kya.

Hi all... I am an established cancer specialist in Mumbai... Need to learn law only to acquire knowledge.. As I feel being an Indian I need to know Indian law and that too in an authentic manner... I don't intend to be a lawyer... It's just to acquire more knowledge... Please guide

i was 3months old when my father died. my mother's father in law and mother inlaw started torchering her. so she left their house along with me without taking any share in property. my grandfather didnt gave any share to my father before his death. My mother did second marriage. my grandfather died and he says that with a gift deed in which he stated that all his property belong to my aunty(bhabhi of my father)..My father mother and i didnt get any share in property..now i am 21yrs old and i came to know all this..i want to knw can i claim for share in my grandfather property.

I would like to know the link for checking the Andhra Pradesh high court stay order extended or not. The case is 498A, A2, A3 applied for quashing in high court, my lawyer is getting stay on all proceedings of 498a for A2 and A3.

1. what are remedies provided to the complainant without filing a protest petition?
2. In a case of protest petition, the Magistrate on ordering cognizance, still the police (investigating officer) files the same charge sheet, denying false investigation on his part, in such situation what can a complainant do? which clause may be used by the Magistrate to dig for the truth?

in a complaint case under section 138 NI act, the accused has made the cheque payment at the initial stage. Now, the accused has requested to allow him to pay the interest amount @ 6% p.a.
Can the request of payment of interest @ 6% p.a. be allowed by the complainant who is govt. organisation.

Mistake in cast certificate in my first name.
Dear sir,
This is Sahadev Bade, I applied a job in Maharashtra State government and fortunately I got selected for the same. But I realised that there is a minor mistake in my cast certificate where Sahadeo Bade is mentioned on Cast certificate instead of Sahadev Bade and cast validity also done with the same name i.e Sahadeo Bade. under this situation what should I do, I prepared Affidavit and Gazzate as well in advance as a precaution. But I still afraid if they refuse to accept this then what should I do??.
kindly suggest me a better solution and guidance is required!
