hello..
My friend have one shop taken on Paghadi 30 years ago.. shop was taken on Paghadi by his father and the main landloard is died and now my friend is paying rent to his son.
now the question is my friend want ownership of that property and landlord is asking for more amont than actully payble in this case.. and the 2nd question is can my friend sell this property to the 3rd party? than what will be the proceduare for the same.? and what will be the proceduare of if my friend want to give back the property to the landloard?

Unfotunatly he miss to mention about my H.S. . he had been selected first Soutcentrail rly and kol RRB had attached and pvr H.S. certificatehe Ihad been farther selected Eastern rail at same post . he had took technical resignation and joined Erly but at the time of attestion he told Erly about my H.S. qualification but they igored as per application .his service continuing from centrailrly to Erly. Sir,
I given rs. 400000 to my friend(office mate) on july,2013. s this july 2016 completing 3 years. no security received. when i ask my money he is just postponing . and he is saying he will not pay interest. thats i accepted. but principle amount also doubt for me. he may cheat me. when i asked him to sign for extension of the bill or give me a cheque.he is refusing.i am afraid that being a colleague its very bad to issue demand notice.i need extensioon of the bill and with security like cheque.what to do? suggest me please! i heard a provision named "PROTEST" which is for extension of the bill. i have only promisory note signed by him. Kindly give some suggestion on this case.

Sir, 3 people or parties purchasing agricultural land from other party and ownership should be there for 3 parties. and they are not family members.i want to know partition deed is inetiated directly or after registering sale or title deed.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am unmarried woman and me and my mother are living together. My mother does not have any source of living. I am doing a job and taking care of my mother and myself. My father has left the flat. My father died intestate at a very early age. At that time me and my sister were minors and hence my mother became the sole owner of the property. We sold that property before 27 years and took one flat. Now me and my mother want to sell the flat and buy a new property. Do we require my sister's consent to buy new property? Or is there any legal document we need to execute and get it signed by my sister to sell this flat?
