Hi,
we have been living in a colony more than 20 years . The land belongs to my father.
we would like go to REGISTRATION on our father's name now
we have following documents with us
1)we got the LAND ALLOTMENT letters from TTD(endowment authority)
2)we have current bills from last 10 years and HOUSE TAX receipts from last 10 years
3)we have TOWN PLANNING AUTHORITY approval letter for (2013) with survey no 586. plot no 109
4)Have our election cards ..

Are these enough for REGISTRATION process ..

Yesterday due to some work at office I was late at night. While returning to my house police caught me. Unluckily I don't have my identity card. So they took me to the police station and got all my details and took note of it in register note. They got my signature too. I don't know for what reason they did these formalities. Is there any problem for me? If there is a problem how can I take care of that?

How does this case proceed .
If somebody has given forged documents in court and handwriting expert report is received .
On basis of this will court file FIR against accused.

HI, I have purchsed property in newly constructed building, while buying & in agreemnet builder has never mentioned that there will be PG busines in the society, just now we members got to know that landowner has 11 flats in society out of total 94 flats & he has started PG business on 3 floors where he owns flats, now as a memebre we have objection to his PG business in residenatila area as all the family's are staying in society and PG is something will create security issue, public access to the society. but the society is not yet formed then what options do we have? please note landowner & builder are 2 different people.

I resigned from company in feb 2015 and now i came to know our Company not submitted our PF since april 2014 but they deducted PF from our salary. Company got 2-3 times notification from EPFO office but did not submitted it and only give their penalty fees. I also filed online complaint but nothing happened till now. What should i do?

I want to convert my agriculture land to non agriculture
I have a land of 23 guntha's at Buldhana (Maharashtra state) district.
It comes under rural area, which i want to convert into non agriculture, i don't know the procedure, some peoples are saying it is very pathetic. Really need some expert help.
