My Grandfather passed away on 14.12.2014. He has a property which has Joint name 1) His name 2) His 1 sons name 3) His 2nd sons daugher in laws name.
He has filed the Nomination with the society office to transfer his share of rights to his Grandson.
Before death he has made a will and has transferred the property rights to his 2nd son whose name is not in the property.
The Second son want to put the name of his son (i.e. my name property in place of my deceased grand fathers name.)
Is it possible to change records in society.
IF YES, what is the procedure.
If No , please can you guide and show a way it can be done.

I have a land of 23 guntha's at Buldhana (Maharashtra state) district.
It comes under rural area, which i want to convert into non agriculture, i don't know the procedure, some peoples are saying it is very pathetic. Really need some expert help.

Hi,
we have been living in a colony more than 20 years . The land belongs to my father.
we would like go to REGISTRATION on our father's name now
we have following documents with us
1)we got the LAND ALLOTMENT letters from TTD(endowment authority)
2)we have current bills from last 10 years and HOUSE TAX receipts from last 10 years
3)we have TOWN PLANNING AUTHORITY approval letter for (2013) with survey no 586. plot no 109
4)Have our election cards ..

Yesterday due to some work at office I was late at night. While returning to my house police caught me. Unluckily I don't have my identity card. So they took me to the police station and got all my details and took note of it in register note. They got my signature too. I don't know for what reason they did these formalities. Is there any problem for me? If there is a problem how can I take care of that?

How does this case proceed .
If somebody has given forged documents in court and handwriting expert report is received .
On basis of this will court file FIR against accused.

Exemption for gift receipts
One of my Client A got married with B. The A and B got a male child C. After birth of C, the B has expired. The A has again married D after death of B. Then A and D got female child E. Now the children are adults. The C - brother wants to give a Gift of Rs.3,00,000/- to E - sister. Even though the C is a brother of E, they have different parents, only the father is same but the mother is different. Let me know whether the Gift given by brother-C to his sister-E is exempt u/s 56 2(vi) or is it taxable in the hands of E as GIFT not received from specified relative. Kindly clarify
