An employee newly appointed in a reputed travel company is working for one month without any weekly holiday and monetary benefit for working in weekly holidays ( Sunday). On asking for weekly holiday HR Manager told him , at present no leave will be allowed due to exigency of service . But in appoint letter there is clearly mentioned weekly holiday, Cl & other leaves.Even in restricted holiday , 26th January he was to attend duty. Is it possible ? What do rules say in this case?

If seen policemens mostly dont wear helmets,jumps signals,thier vehicle is not towed away by traffic police if they park in no parking.( as they write POLICE on thier privaye velicles)
My question is if a police is doing something wrong how to take action against him,and what details to be taken from him.( eg name,batch no)what he should be asked for?
Is there any authority who take action against the policemen who misuse thier powers?
also one more question what to do if a policemen files a false charge on someone??

There is a building terrace on the top floor in my building and opposite to the terrace there are two rooms.(one room of the 2 is mine) The building is in Pagadi system.The issue is that two tenants of the building have constructed two rooms on the terrace.In the building map its terrace area which belong to everybody.The tenants who had made rooms on terrace are saying that they have documents for the room ( No tenants have seen the documents (They have taken electric meter on the rooms they made on terrace from BEST)and i am sure its not possible as i have seen the map of building and its clearly written as OPEN TERRACE.
My question is is it possible to construct rooms on terrace by any law??
If its wrong by law how to get the terrace back.

Hi Expert,
Recently I joined TIME Institute for Staff Selection Committee Exam coaching. Key points are as below.
1. TIME does not have concept of demo classes.
2. Student can attend class only after paying first installment fees or full fees.
3. So I paid fees using my Debit Card and was required to fill the form wherein it was cleared mentioned "Fee once paid will not be refunded. As demo was not available, I was forced to pay fee to attend class.
4. After attending class, I did not feel comfortable as they were taking class in fast manner.
5. So i discontinued batch.
6. When I asked for refund, they are saying in Form it was cleared mentioned, there is no refund.
Can you please let me know can I get any Legal aid in this regard.

My father died in 2000 and my mother is living in ancestral house since her marriage. We are two daughters only, no brother. My father has a brother who lived in Kanpur after my grandparents death in 1993.He locked his room for this time period but now he is back with his family and torturing my mother. He said that u have daughters only so you give all this to me and go from here.
But my mother said that as i have lived in this house since last 40 years i'll not go anywhere as i have right in this property and i don't have any other property.
I want to know if my mother has any legal right on the property and what can she do to obtain it?
My grandparents did not registered their property. there is one patta paper only.

Hello Experts,
Basically my great grandfather was holding a pagdi house at Matunga where my grand father with his siblings were residing. After his death my grand father with his siblings continued to stay at the house. Later, as family grew up and also due to family problems all of the heirs moved out except one siblings who stayed in that house with his wife and children. Its been years that my grand parents and my parents have visited the house. Only during events they visited and now the frequency has come down. My grandfather was the actual person who was paying the rents after his father died but now unfortunately he is not having any rent receipt with him to prove the same. Also we aren't aware if the siblings who stayed in the flat have changed the name in the receipt to their name. We had a word with the landlord to know the details on this but he is asking for some documents to authentic ourselves which we do not have at the moment. Since my grand father was in railway while he stayed at the house we are in the means of finding any documents from railway which could prove that he stayed there. Can you please help in suggesting a way on how can we prove that my grand father was staying in the flat? also would like to know if we can claim shares on it? or what is the step to inline my grandfathers name on the Docs? Since the sibling who is staying at the flat is not co-operating our situation is bad and we are feeling helpless on this.
Any help would be really appreciated.

My wife is torturing me to leave my mother who is alone
Iam from Erode. I married a Police woman. She is always saying unwanted things about my mother and Sister. Now she went outside and live with her parents in her working town. Now, She called me and torture me to come and live with her. She ordered me like a Husband. Even then, She investigate about us from my relatives and then she told to me that They only told me ur family is the worst family among ur relatives families. We have 1 kid. She even don't show my kid to me. Her father also told me to ask for a court order if u want to meet kid
