Hi,
My dad had a property in his name.But now his siblings (3 brothers) had a fight on that property and approached court for justice. Other 3 brothers presented a fake will and it was proved in court that the will is fake. Now court has asked my dad for goodwill we have to divide the property between all the brothers and my dad agreed to it to get the property divided between 4 of them. My dad and other 3 brothers also has a sister who is now demanding for her share too.
My question: Is my aunt (My dad's sister) eligible for her share too?
Note:
1)My grandfather (My dad's dad) has died long back may be 20 years back and also my grandmother is no more who died may be 15years back.
2) My dad's age is 67 and my uncle's (My dad's brothers) ages are 69,65,64.
3) My aunt's (My Dad's sister) age is 62

Sir, my Brother has filed for divorce and the matter is in Secundrabad court. My brother and his wife used to stayed in Secundrabad. In April 2015, my brother's wife along with her parents came to our native place in Karimnagar on the excuse of having a discussion with our elders and they returned leaving my brother's wife there. Since then she is forcefully staying in our newly constructed home and she even necked out my mother from the home in May 2015. A case was booked and FIR was registered on my mother's complaint against my bro's wife. The matter is in court, my bro's wife has not attended the 1st hearing and the next hearing is in March 2016.
The land on which our home was built was gifted by my grand father to my mom through a Gift DD and I contributed to majority of the construction of the house. And my bro's contribution was nothing.
Now my brother's wife who is forcefully staying there is claiming it as her property and says that she will sell it and take the money as settlement for divorce.
My Brother's wife is still in that house and filed 498A and DVC on us.
Sir, please let us know whether it is possible for her to sell the property and also how we can make her leave the house as my parents are senior citizens and are worried that their life earnings which were spent on the house, will they ever get the chance to stay there.

Dear experts,
My in laws are demanding a car and money during compromise negotiations and the compromise deed was also written in bad faith throwing the entire blame on me. I refused to sign it. In the mediation centre, my husband is telling the judge that I am refusing to compromise and to treat the compromise as failed. How can I convince the judge about the unlawful demands. Judge asked both of us to bring our own terms and conditions and he will settle it.

Sir, what are the documents that I must have to start up a tution class(for class 9th,10th,11th,12th)(CBSE). Plz tell me about the permissions which I need to get and from where..? Can I start the tution without licence Or can I first start up the class and register it later..?

I along with my wife own a flat in CHS Mumbai. This flat is self acquired by both of us in ratio of 95:05 but this is not mentioned in sale deed. We have made nomination in favour of our 3 major children. I presume that in case of my death, my wife, co-owner will automatically become the sole owner of flat. Nomination in favour of children will arise only after we both are expired.
Is it necessary for me make nomination in favour of my wife also to safeguard her interest. Should I also make a will in her favour separately. Thanks
