I would like to know the status of Circular 67 issued by the I.G. Registration, Chennai/ Tamilnadu in connection with cancellation of registrations made using bogus documents.
Are the sub-Registrars initiating action in the wake of Madras High Court order (Madurai and Madras Bech) vacating the stay.?
what are the other remedies available to the aggrieved people from this court order?
Is there any appeal pending against this Madras High Court order ?

After the rulings of The Madras High Court, both Madurai bench and Madras bench on 17th July 2014 empowering the Registrar to cancel documents if found bogusly registered.
Now, whether, the Registrars in Tamilnadu are following the high court ruling and what is the present status of this issue?
Are actions being taken by the Sub-Registrars/Regitrars to cancel bogus registrations?
Is a separate direction needed from court to cancel bogus registrations?

I am working with private limited company.I have filed hundreds of cases against pirates copyright behalf of my company and most important thing is I was complainer in all cases.whenever courts issue summon or warrant I have to appear in court.
If my company harassed me or pressurized me to leave job then what action can I take against them?because In this situation I can't do job anywhere due to cases and my life will spoil badly.pls reply me

I am leaving fith floo. My neighbour complete that I got voice from your house regarding boy playing. So that should not happen. If you so than I will complan aginat you under 498. So how I can protect my self due to that not does mw but due children play that's why that Crete sound.

is it an offence if a person have sex talks with a married woman with her consent on the social networking website? and her never met her . and they had a conversation only once on social networking website.

Sc/st (poa) act
I am charged under 3(1)(x) of sc/st (poa) act and 294 B. But the said offences was not done by me.
In addition to that, I have done Intercaste marriage, my wife belongs to ST and me belongs to MBC. Can the said offence is applicable to me.
Whether the witness 1 statement alone enough for convicting the accused?
In complaint, seven names were mentioned but in the chargesheet excluding all names only my name is alone mentioned in order to extract money from me?
This case is purely civil in nature? but misusing of the act occurred in my case and the criminal colour was given as mentioned by the Supreme court as "Legal Terrorism".
Kindly suggest me.
