my grand father has 5 sons having land
when he was alive he given some land to only one son because law in time of indira gandhi my grandfather give some land to my uncle as a simant farmar and then after his death remaining land distribute in five son in that case what can we do to enter my father name in land which my grandfather give to my uncle when he was live pls advise

I was working in a state govt job. In the year 2008 some work was executed. But it came into my notice that something is wrong there. I was not aware about govt norms. I along with my senior lodge complaint in police station against 3 people. Meantime I switch job to some other govt organization. After some time police arrested me in the same charges as with those people. One person of those 3 has surrendered. Now after 5.6 years I along with 4 people has been charged with 120B, 420,409,467,468,471.
Also my senior has witnessed in 2009 that I lodged complaint because I was also with those people.
Please suggest what to do. It's urgent

We are 5 sisters 2 brothers. Father has pagdi flat where we resided our father died 10 years ago sisters got married moved out brothers continued to stay with after father's death.1 brother died leaving behind his widow and 2 sons who live there too.our father also owns anothrr pagdi flat which is converted to office.My dad started a business and both brothers worked with him our father compensated them giving equal money to both and bore expenses of their family.The business stopped nearly 10 years before my dad death. My brothers kids claim the office as their property and also the house. Our father also got A 3 storey building which is rented to someone as a hotel.My father put both my brother names in the hotel but never gave them possession of it. After my brothers death his son is nominated and claims on the property. To make a ointment clear all the property are still under my father name. What share and right we sisters have? We got the fatwa for distribution of our father property along with our brothers after our fathers death. The brothers consented to respect the fatwa judgement but when it was give refused. Can you please advise how we can go about this.

A petition under sec 6 of Rajasthan Rent Control Act has been filed and same has decided in favour of applicant. N A not paid rent as per order passed by rent controller. My question is this, whether execution proceedings are applicable or not under Sec 20 of the act.

Recently I have been terminated by my employer where I had been working since years or since the pvt ltd was registered , I had hired each and every body in the staff and taken the company at a decent level and everybody knew the same, whereas few days ago out of insecurity 2 of the 3 directors simply told me not to come from tomorrow without any prior notice , just as they had never been sitting there on the business and I had been handling everything , I have done everything for the company from day one , from sweeper to computer systems every thing had been by me to setup the company and now the directors have no reason at all , except that they dont like me and dont want to see me , the facebook page and website i created all access have been taken and I feel like a fool now working hard from past two years , my directors have been simply withdrawing whatever money comes from company account to their personel accounts , without paying any taxes and never had been given to me a bonus or anything , what should I do now .

Sir I am suspended in June 2015 and a charge sheet is served on 28 July 2015 and on serving charge sheet without not listening me they lodge fir in 406,409,420. I am arrested and get anticipatory bail. But dept officials did not start any dept enquiry and kept me suspended till now. What should I do. Pls suggest me how can I revoked my suspension.

Dear Sir,
We are the employees of a PSU. One of my colleague was rated ‘below satisfactory’ in his annual confidential report(ACR) for the year 2014 because of his unauthorized absence in 2014 due to his illness as he has no leave on his credit at that time which will affect his promotion in future. Our PSU normally rates annual confidential report of an employee in four ways (outstanding, very good, good and below average) so far. Now it was established that my colleague was entitled special leave for the year 2014 for serious sickness as per company’s rule. But though our PSU management is going to sanction leave to him for serious sickness as per company’s rule but decides to rate his annual confidential report for the year 2014 as ‘no ACR’ (which will affect his promotion in future) with the reason that he didn’t perform any actual duty in the year 2014.
Sir, is there any provision of rating of any employee’s annual confidential report as ‘no ACR’ under service law in India in a PSU and when an employee didn’t perform any actual duty due to his illness(absence with authorized leave) can his ACR be rated as ‘no ACR’?
Pl guide us with reference of any rule in this regard.

Grand daughters share in grandmothers (maternal) property
my grandmother was the only daughter to her parents. the property was transferred to her by Hindu succession act.after her deceased her first legal heirs were 2 sons and 3 daughters. now my mother and one uncle is only alive. can my mother sell the property without my consent? before also she sold out some part of the property and did not give me . can i claim for the property?
