Sir/Madam,
I am working in a Kolkata based IT company.I have 30 calender days both side notice period with my company.
What was mentioned in my offer letter:
"During your employment with ..... Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd., either you or ..... Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. can terminate the appointment by giving 30 calendar days written notice."
But yesterday when I resigned from my post mentioning that I will serve notice period they replied as---
"I asked you not to leave the organization as I have decided not to accept your resignation."
They are refusing to accept my letter and not ready to release me.
My question is whether they can do it even serving my notice period.If they don't release me may I take any action against them though they are telling that they can take action against me if I leave even after one month.
Please help...

Mr. x married Miss Y in the year 2006 by executing and registering an agreement for living as husband and wife. Both X and Y belongs to christian sects. They begotten a male child who is now 8 years. They owned a property in their name. They now wanted to end their life as husband and wife. Unfortunately Y got a passport with X's name in the spouse column. My question is which is the best way to end their matrimonial relation ship ?

In a case(376ipc), where there is no documentry evidence of exact date of birth of victim & according to ossification test her age was about 14 years. How genuine this report can be said and should benifit of doubt can be given to the accused? (statement u/s 164 crpc is against accused) Secondly can spermatozoa be found after 5 days of incident? Plz. also cite any case law related to above quiry. Thanks.

a few days a normal accident happend with me. In that i also got injured and other one also. But that was not a major accident on the place of accident he started asking me for money. Even i helped him to stand properly and asked him whether you are injured or not. Even then he has filed FIR against me. Now what should i do

the right owner of the land was sold his land
in 1994. the the purchaser of the land sold other one in jaury 2011. in the mean time udr patta
was mistakenly updated in 2004,in the name of fist owner he sold the land in 1994. the first owner by using the wrong udr patta sale the land already he sold in march 2011 to new one by power of attorney . and he died without legal hire. the sub registrar ask life certificate or legal hires of died. the purchaser co operate with me. but sub registrar resist to cancel the wrong sale deed. what is the next step?

If husband is showing himself as a non earning person in matrimonial dispute case.
Then can the bank statements of husband, if obtained by some source be produced in the court against him to prove his financial capability.
If yes under which rule.

I am enrolled with Delhi Bar Association. My resident in Gurgaon. May I join Gurgaon Bar Association membership also.
Both are in NCR. Voting right I will kept in one Bar.
Can I get registration with Gurgaon Bar and also continuing Delhi Bar.
Please advise.

Fake Medical Bills
I see that many employees in the corporates give fake medical bills. Such medical bills are easily available in very cheap rates. Agents are easily available outside company gate to provide the same.
Medical bills worth Rs.15000/- are available in just Rs.150/-
These bills are reimbursed against the medical reimbursement. Corporates officials are already aware of this but still they accept these bills without any verification.
Where should this problem be reported?
