Dear Sir/Mam,
my bro's wife abused my mother verbally and physically and forcefully necked out my mother from her own house and occupied it. an FIR was registered in May 2015 under sections 342,323,506 on the complaint given by my mom against my bro's wife. 1st hearing was in Nov 2015 for which my my bro's wife was absent and today is the 2nd hearing date. I wanted to know if this case is strong and what will be the outcome of it.

I resigned from the company on 31-Jan-2016 but that day was sunday so employer counted 30-Jan-2016 as last date.
Employer has given salary for 30 days only i.e. upto 30-Jan furter salary slip is generated for full 26 working days but deducted salary for 1 days even though it was sunday
Please give me advice for how to recover money as logicall month ends on 30-Jan-2016

What is to be done, if a person got two UAN in his name, one UAN is having a speliing mistake in his sirname and it has link with his previous employer.
The Other UAN is having every details as correctand it is linked with his current employer
Please guide in this matter

A suit was instituted against two sons and wife of a deceased person for recovery of money on pronote executed by deceased. The suit was decreed. But the legal heirs have not inherited any property from the deceased. But they received his life insurance benefits on his death. Will they be liable to pay the decree amount. Will the exception under 60(KB) work for them. Kindly suggest me in this regard

Sir, I have booked a flat in Howrah(W.B.)through home loan.but nature of land is still showing'Karkhana'although builder have letter of sub divisional land reform officer but BLRO office not updated. may l facing problem in future?and if, then how kind ?

I am 38 years married man since 2007
Me and my wife never stayed together due to education when time came we couldn't handle each other also my family was having problem with her behaviour
Today it's been almost 2 years we are not in talking terms and not staying together my kids are with her she is not willing to give I have one daughter and one son. I don't want to break any bond of brother and sister so I want them to be with their mother.
But she has decided never to give divorce.
These days courts is giving its decision more on females word what should be done in this case

Builder given me pdc cheque of 9 lachs against the cancellation of flat and the cheque got bounced 9 months back ,informed the builder about the cheque bounce and he had promised me that he will give another new flat ,but still now he had not kept his promise .what should I do now ?original sale agreement and bounced cheque is with me.this builder is a very criminal minded person .please suggest me how to get back my hard earned Money from this builder.

My father bought a housing society plot about 20 years ago in greater noida. Some years ago it was put under a green zone in city masterplan land use documents. property is registered and ownership not disputed. where can i find out its market value and how do i sell it?
one suit challenging the masterplan was filed and reached the supreme court in 2012 but i don't know what decision was awarded. we just wish to sell it off. can we?
