Claims only through revision of return?

Capital gains accrued to the assesse against which exemption was claimed u/s 54. Inadvertently the CG schedule was not filed in the return as there was no tax effect. Is it necessary to file a revised return? Can the AO deny claim of exemption on grounds that the schedule was not filed or a revised return was not filed? Refering to the decision of the Supreme Court in Goetze India Ltd., please guide. Also, can anyone provide a copy of the high court/ tribunal's order of this case?

Rgds,

Maharashtra cooperative societies act

'A' was member of a housing society and in 1973 gave nomination of 'b & c' who are not related to 'A'
After death of 'A' membership in the records of society was transferd in 1994 in the name of 'b&c' on the basis of nomination.
My questions :
1) 'b&c' gave nomination of n & m.
2) 'b&c' expired in 2013.
3) One man 'S' claiming to be legal heir of first original member filed an application u/s 25a of MCS Act with Dy Registrar for deletion of names of 'b&c' on the pretext that they were nominee members and are dead AND they cant give further nomination as they themselves were nominee member? Is 'S' right in his application? Can he claim membership of society through deputy registrar claiming to be legal heir of 'A'.
3 ) can deputy registrar decide the heirship or ownership rights of a property in Maharastra coop soc act?

i have cleared IBPS SO exam, having interview on 15th march and the problem is that i had a police case against me under section 306 IPC and now after completion of trial, acquitted of the charges.

there was a question in the application form

3. can it affect my interview badly ?

4. what should i do now ?

P.S.

Applicability of excise on pulverization of sugar

Whether pulverization of sugar amounts to manufacture?
One dealer who is purchasing sugar from manufacturer who is charging excise duty and cess on his sales bill..and dealer is pulverising sugar and packing in the size of 50 and 100kg packs under its own brand and then selling it to other party who's using the same for making cookies and confectionery.
If we want to passed on the excise whether he needs to take registration as a first stage dealer?
And if he is taking registration as a manufacturer then what will be the rate of duty on pulverised sugar..
Please suggest..

Can minors sell property.

Dear Sir/Madam,
It is all about our Father/Mother's property worth 1800Sq Ft whose legal heirs are 4 members including me elder son of which my younger brother was absconding past 7Years leaving behind his wife & 2 sons & entrusted a advocate for this work for Inclusion of name/Legal heirs,After a melodrama we are now at stage after 2.6Years we are still not in a position to sell the property, As advocate says court had partially ordered the verdict & who says she will appeal for G & WC case with high court as the verdict was an mere clerical/typographical error by judgement writer, later prompted for fees which were paid.

Till date no resolution, neither we are able to sell nor retain, incase retain they are threatening property will go in litigation.

When relative as an advocate by profession cannot be compassionate, moral and lawful, forget what a common man will be served.

We all saw lack of professional conduct and etiquette including recent interactions had with advocate, can we file a case with District Bar Association or NCDRC ? what is the procedure.

Neither advocate is willingly ready to give papers.

Regards,

Rakesh.HC
