We Are Tenant's in A Trust Property for More Than 50 years, and The property is now in very bad condition but the lessor are not granting permission for the repair what are our rights regarding the property. We have been paying rent regularly.
It is NA land and The house we are staying is in very bad condition.

Regards. To keep his wife happy, he opened a IT Company,took LIC Policies and bought a car (Bank loan), etc., in his Wife's name. Now, their relationship is strained, and she is living in her parents house for the past 21 months (i.e., she did not return after delivery of first child). She is a Sadist, as it becomes clear. Now, she is refusing to sign the documents for removing her name in the Company Ownership and transfer of car in my son's name, etc., Kindly advise the legal way to get them transferred in my son's name. In Jan 2016 I got married. Both are Hindu. Because of some reasons I need divorce. all mistakes done by him and he is agree for that.My marriage registration is not done.
For mutual divorce marriage register is compulsory? Is there will be any problem in future if I get mutual divorce?

I had purchased a flat in resale in Gurgaon. The first owner of this flat has paid IBMS charges to the builder. Now on my purchase of this flat in resale, the builder is changing this IBMS to IFMS for mutation. In the Apartment Buyer's agreement between builder and buyer with first allotee is for IBMS. But on resale of the same flat, the builder wants to change this IBMS to IFMS. Kindly advise whether the builder can change IBMS to IFMS on resale of the same flat.

We are registered VAT Dealers in Kolkata. We are in the process of receiving orders from a Government Dept in Kerala. We do not have any VAT or CST registration in Kerala. We need to transfer the materials under an undivisable Works contract (Supply & installation of Musical Dancing Fountains). There will not be any local purchases in Kerala. Please advice
-On what documents can the materials move from Kolkata to Kerala. (From what we know the enduser will be able to furnish Form 8)
The WC Invoice will be raised at Kolkata. What are the WC/CST tax implications.
What is the obligation of the Government customer to deduct TDS( Either TDS on WC or TDS on Income Tax).
Will it be necessary to obtain a Branch Site certificate at the Installation site.
If TDS on WC is deducted, how can we obtain the refund

Hello Sir my clients got interim status quo order from lower court in a permanent injunction case, but the respondents have voilated the status quo order and proceeded with the construction. The lower court lawyers has filed an application for the dis obedience of order under order 39 rule 2-A. Now can i file a contempt petition in High court of that interim status quo order in High court. please reply to my query as soon as possible.

Can address be changed in adhar

My son was in Pune since last 9yrs . He had made Adhar Card there with address of Pune . Now he is returned to Kamptee Dist. Nagpur with me . I have Adhar at Kamptee address . His name with his family (wife & daughter) is in Ratain-card of mine . So please quide to change of address in his and family in Adhar .
