I am seperated with my wife for last 3 years. i have one 125 CRPC running whose interim order has been awarded to my wife. I did motion against this interim order and some amount has been reduced. i also lodged a case of restitution of conjugal right along with visiting rights of my child which has been initiated two months back. My father has some property along with our residential house. he is a serious patient of aplastic anemia, which one type of cancer. my wife went to our mucipality office to enquire about our property. now my question is that can she claim her right in my father's property. she has already claimed maintenance and if our case moves towards divorce then she will be entitled for alimony as decided by the court. even after that she can claim my father's property in case of his death. i have one sister and mother alive. please guide what should i do.

i am working in a psu and selected in central govt job, now i ask to psu to provide noc as earlier at the time of applying intimated in written.there is a bond of 3.10 lac, but till this psu not provide noc. what should do if it not provide noc?? if it provide noc then need of releiving letter to join new one or joining may be on the presentation of noc.

If the complainant A files a protest petition against the the B Report filed by the police and the same complainant is accused A1 in the counter case filed by the accused(person 12) in the previous case against which now a chargesheet is filed against complainant A and is under trail. can the person12 seek for the quashing of protest petition filed by the complainant A ?
should he seek the same in the high court or in the same magistrate court?

One Mortgage Deed completely is executed between Bank and individual. Stamp Duty and registration fees also paid through E-challan.
Then individual decided to not to take loan and he want his stamp duty refund.
Can he get stamp duty refund on executed Mortgage Deed by both parties?
Note:- The said Mortgage Deed Executed between bank and individual in Mumbai.

Dear Experts,
I have signed 2 years bond before 6 months in 100Rs bond paper but it is one sided for 10 days training at abroad. Now after 6 months company transferred me in another state where i am not suitable. So is it possible to leave the company without paying 3 lacs amount.
I have requested to company they have said you have to complete at least 1 year but it is not suitable for me.
Can i leave the company without resignation?

three minor children expelled from his father
house with their mother by falls complaint that
she is in adultery with one creating a drama with the help of a awps police. she is want to live withe his husband but he refuse. the women police also refuse to his claim. and offer rs.8000 per month. but she is not accept that offer. she is in helpless with his three female minor child. the court process take long time, so what is the immediate relief to them. what is next step she must take.

Respected Sir/Madam,
1. I am employed as a clerk in Central Govt. I have doubt regarding leave rules adopted in my office because they deduct 1/10 of Earned leave in next half year if leave availed in case of no credit in leave account.
2. For example, a employees who availed all leaves i.e CL,EL, and HPL available in his account and thereafter applies for two months leave and granted by sanctioning authority. What will be the effect of such leave (two months) on leaves like EL which will be afforded to him in next half year?
3. Is there any type of leave available (on medical certificate or without) which will not reduce future leaves which will be afforded in leave account later.

Currently i am working as a Bank Officer and have been on without pay on various occassions due to illness. In this health condition it will be impossible for me to conduct an election. What can i do?

he defendant died17/04/2015.but the plaintif taken steps on 24/12/2015. now they have filed condone delay (sec 5) for 92 days. set aside abatement petition and impleading petition. 90 days is period for taking steps. if not taken,then the suit is automatically abated. now condone the delay, has to be calculted form date of abatement or from the date of period of 60 days( after 90 days) given to set aside the abatement. how it should be calculated.what number of days has to be mentioned in sec 5 petition ?
