Dear esteemed legal experts,
I am fighting my case in court for I am charged with Section 279,337 and 338 IPC due to a motorbike accident i was involved in which other person sustained fracture to leg.
1) I wanted to know, what are the punitive implications for me if i am convicted?
2) Will I face problems in terms of background verification of future employment with pvt companies?
3)Will I be allowed to drive freely across the country, buy/sell vehicle etc?
4) Any other problems i might face in future due to the criminal conviction ?
Kindly advise.

My wife is not giving me divorce and she filed false dowry as well as false 498a against me. I want divorce now , I am fed up as it's been 4 years now pls suggest how can I get rid of it

Dear Sir,
I have been an employee for 13 months in a company and resigned as per per the company rules after duly serving my notice period. At the time of my joining company issued me an offer letter with my annual CTC comprising as being shown in two parts as monthly take home salary after all deductions and annual incentive as payable during the year. I accepted the offer and joined the company and later on the company issues me the appointment letter with the same CTC structure as earlier shown in offer letter but with an additional one line mentioning annual incentive payable during the year end based on due performance appraisal being conducted. My question here is I did accept the job based on the offer letter issued with a condition that I accept the offer within three days and I accepted as this offer had protected my annual CTC as I was drawing in my earlier organisation but after I had accepted the offer and joined the company the company changes the terms of release of my annual incentive which is 10% of my total CTC.
I have raised this issue with HR during my service period and every time they mentioned this are released end of the year and I shall get it too. Now after my resignation the company is informing me that the annual incentive component will not be paid as this is conditional and based on my performance appraisal which did not happen hence I will be not eligible to receive the annual incentive component.
The second question is when an employee serves for 13 months in a company and his annual incentive is due after completion of twelve calendar months is it not the responsibility of the company to ensure the annual incentive or dues are cleared?
I had served my due notice period and in my resignation letter I had clearly mentioned about clearing my variable components(INCENTIVE PART) which the HR should have taken care of during my notice period but they did not even communicate anything with regard to the same.
I want to understand what are my legal options here, does this case has legal standing to sue and penalize the company for wrongful doing, misrepresentation, cheating and manipulation? The annual incentive component is important to me and I feel cheated hence I would like to fight this case legally now and not let the company forfeit my money which is rightfully mine and also not take employees for granted in future.
Please do advise me on how should I take this case forward. I have the records in terms of my offer letter, appointment letter, my resignation and other communication that are sufficient to serve as evidence to substantiate my case.

Well I and my gf intend to get married I'm a Christian n she a Hindu, problem is that there parents dnt intend to do intercaste no matter what happens, I tried ma best to convince them but dey disrespected me ..... So I and she wanna get married now , but problem is that she shifted From (Tamilnadu ) to Another STATE (andhrapradesh) ...... So she said without our parents knowledge we will get registered n later wen our parents agree den we will lead our life , if we dnt do such there parents will forcibly get her married to someone n I can't digest that...so my que is following..;
1) We both hold ID proof of (tamilnadu) and intended to get register in (Andhra pradesh) is it possible...???/plzzz help me with relevant sections I studied Special marriage act but couldn't determine what exactly to b done...help me plzzzz

After almost 2 years of my wife's death the ACJM court Saharanpur has dropped the case. My wife's parents were perusing the case and also filed application for substitution and claimed to be Legal hires of my wife. No divorce has happened between me and my wife. Now after the dismissal of the case they have filed an appeal before the session court.
What should be my next course of action? How do i defend the appeal? is there any case law regarding this? Can they have locas to file criminal appeal? Please guide me.

My Family & I have been falsely implicated by my SIL in 498-A case, we diligently contested the case in her home town for last 4 years.PW evidences have already been completed last year and we have made statement u/s 313 crpc along with arguments.But have been thoroghly coming, after every 15 days as per courts date, but Ld JMFC instaed of pronouncing the order, writes in his order sheet" Arguments not advanced, adjournment requested by parties, Allowed, Next come for so and son for final arguments"
Is this, not abuse process of law, as JMFC is not interestd in writing the order and we have been facing harassment for last 1 year , as he has been writing adverse agsint us for last 1 year?..Please advise any suggestion and advice..Thanking you

I am from goa. My great grandfathr was having two wife. First wife is having one son and second wife is also having one son who is my grandfather. Now the whole property is registered in the name son of first wife who is issueless. Now my father who is son of second wife son of my great grand father. My father has instituted inventory proceeding with respect to whole property. Now mutation process is going on in mamlatdar office and cousin brothers of estate leaver have filed objection stating that second marriage of my great grand father is not registered in any office as such we do not possess any rights in the property.does marriage registration is necessary in goa to claim any right. What should i do ???

My friend was harassed for dowry and subjected to domestic violence and abondoned by husband for 2 years. Later husband filed ex-parte divorce petition claiming his wife was not ready to come back so he divorced him as per muslim law of triple talaq on certain date. if after one or two years of filing petition wife talks to a male friend than will that help husband get divorce if he somehow get call records of his wife.Can husband get call records of the wife without her permission.
