Dear Sir,
We rent a godown for our raw hides business in Bakaram, Musheerabad, Hyderabad since 2002. We have a rental agreement for the same and our business is registered in this address. We started the rent with agreement of Rs. 3200 in 2002 and gradually increasing it now to 6200/- after revising the rent around 1000 last year. Now the owner is demanding Rs. 8000/- from this month of April, which we have also agreed for. The one side wall of the premises belongs the adjacent building landlord, which he is demolishing for construction of new building in his place. Now our landlord is adamant and not agreeing to raise the wall of the premises that we rent and wants us to raise at our own cost or else vacate the premises. We have never defaulted the rent since the beginning, but he don't give us the receipt. Also the landlord takes possession of our godown for nearly 2 months every year during Bakrid festival, but we pay the rent for that 2 months also to him. Please advice me on this

If the Applicant is not able to visit the court for filing application under workmens compensation act, can his nearest relative being son or wife can file application by obtaining Specific POA.
Please suggest case laws.

Dear Sir,
I am resident of a colony which is consisting of 87 plots; of total layout, out of this layout some part of the land was left for the park for the 87 plot owners but during the process of development some politician came forward to build community hall from the MPLAND fund in the open area in the layout for the colony. It got build we colony residents expected some benfit from it, but after completion of the work Panchyat Department took over it and not allowed the residents to enjoy the befit of the community hall saying the it is belong to government property and started renting to outsider for marriage and other parties on commercial basis. Despite of the over representation we are been ignore
I request thorough form do we have right legally if yes how and do any relevant judgements are available in this regard in the Courts

Idea company sent me around 3000 mobile bill in December 2015 by saying rs 2500 of Internet usage. Normally my bill after 1 month used to be 200-400. I am sure I never used Internet on that mobile number but I had no proof. I terminated my mobile number by paying 3000 rs and got reciept. I feel cheated and want to clear it with company because I think that bill was overcharged. Please suggest me what should I do? I want to go in consumer court. Can I file RTI application from idea company to show me details?

My great grandfathr was having two wife. First wife is having one son and second wife is also having one son who is my grandfather. The whole property is registered in the name son of first wife who is issueless. Now my father who is son of second wife son of my great grand father. My father has instituted inventory proceeding with respect to whole property. Now mutation process is going on in mamlatdar office and legal heirs of n brothers of my great grandfather have filed objection stating that second marriage of my great grand father is not registered in any office as such we do not possess any rights. They have also filed civil suit and their claim is that my great grandfather has only one wife and we are no way connected to their family. I do not have any record regarding second marriage of my great grand father. i want to know whether before filing appeal in our inventory proceeding permission has to obtain from concern court if he is not a party to that proceeding.

Dear Expert,
My union had signed MOU with company for salary hike. It was done on 5th february 2016. It was signed 11 month late. So as per our Sattlement 11 month arrears to be given by company. My question is that in how many days that company should give us our arrears. What is it's legal deadline.

I would working with export organization their is requirment of two vehicle for pick & drop of staff. With the permission of my superiors My brother in Law will attached two travera vehicle in company who running a travels. After time gone and 11 month passed some misunderstanding and fake information givien by college and staff hire managment was suddenly fire me from job and two vehicle in one day. The company hold two month's payment of our vehicle without any notice with my salary, LTA, Exgratica amount now 5 month already passed they not taken any step for finalized the payment. This amount became around 2 Laks. Sir Pls. advise what can I do. Can I have any way to recover my money or not. Vehicle Contract, Log-book, Submitted bill copy, my offer Letter / Joining Letter is availabe. Pls. advise best way what can I do sir.

Question:
1. Can the Co-op. Housing society refuse admission to Public Trust if the premises is to be used for conducting charity activity in the premises.
