Sir i have been selected in a government job and i have to fill the attestation form in which there is a question, that have i ever been prosecuted by any court of law. Just 2-3 days ago Reliance communication had filled a pre litigation case in lok adalat for non payment of bill of postpaid data card. I just want to know do i have to mention this pre litigation case while filling the attestation form. The case is also closed as i have paid the bill in lok adalat. Please reply its really urgent i have to fill this attestation form as soon as possible.

I loved a girl before marriage. She had to marry for certain problems. After 14 days it got unbareable n she returned home. She will be filing a divorce n hopefully it will be mutual. So after she files it can we get vack in to a relationship as 18 months time is required and after that we r planing to marry. Will this be considered as an extramarital affair once she files it?

My brother is having a psychological problem(depression) as treatment also continues and being due to some time got hamper on that basis will court convict him under 498a or acquitted while considering it's being a medical problem what's your view over it?

if both parties are agree for comparmise in 138ni act. can both parties compramise and withdraw his case in this stage where case is pending for judgement in addition session judge.

Dear All,
Please help me out in in this regards as stated below:I had taken a Credit Card 00.50 lakh from a private bank and one credit card with used credit of 50 thousand till the date all on time i paid but this month means Nov. 2015 onward due to some financial difficulties & job less position i am not able to pay amount back, and not paid the minimum amount due for credit card from this month onward. The adress of home at Indore but i am not living there now my mother father was living thier. credit card also issed in Indore, now i am in Dhar and this banks can start legal proceedings against me. If they start legal proceedings can they issue me a summons or legal action ?
can you please help me in this regard. Please let me know what legal action can be taken against me and how i can come out of it by the best possible way,and in future what difficulties i will face kindly help me out in this case urgently. My life is sppoiled I can't get job till date how I paid the amount Pls. sir help me about this matter. my mother father is very old age and depandend on their pension fund they can't help me.Bank agent is preserring him to pay. What can I do sir pls. help me

Both husband and wife are Hindu and belongs to same caste. Marriage was registered under the special marriage act and on same day marriage was also solemnized as per Hindu vedic rituals. Now they want to file divorce petition by mutual consent. Now issue is should I file divorce petition under section 28 of Special marriage act or Under section 13b of Hindu marriage act.

I HAVE MADE A COMPROMISE WITH BANK AND BANK ISSUE A OTS SANCTION LETTER GIVING 3 MONTHS TIME . I HAVE MADE A PAYMENT 83% AND ABOVE BUT ACCIDENTALLY MY FAMILY ILLNESS I HAVE TO ENGAGE WITH HER FOR 14 MONTHS AND ABOVE.
NOW I AM REQUESTING THE BANK PLEASE TAKE REST UNPAID 17% AMOUNT + WITH DELAY INTEREST AS CALCULATED. BUT THE BANK NOT READY .
PLZ ADVICE ME..
