I am planning to buy a 10 acres of land near narsapur, medak district, telangana state for setting up an industry. While checking documents of 50 yrs old record i found that this land was mentioned as INAM LAND (from LOcal Land lords) from 1956 and later made to patta from year 1980 to 2000 on 6 different people. Now from 1980-2010 they have done transactions and they hold a valid Patta Pass Book and same (Patta) was clearly mentioned in recently developed online Pahani website of Govt. Need your advise on 1) Can we purchase INAM lands after having patta on present occupants 2) what other documents to be checked/obtained from Revenue/Sub-Register Office 3) Other precautions like survey, press statement and what minimum time for registration after press statement.
Thanks and Regards

After my mutual consent divorced in April 2010 ,my daughters custody is with me. Since that my ex is not paying maintenance amt. rs.2000 monthly to daughter which should gradually increase as per her education expenses which has mentioned in my decree.
I have remarried and my husband is taking all the responsibility of my daughter. I have changed her name on my current husbands name by doing gazzet but not through adoption.
My ex don't have any property on his own but through his parents. His parents are no more now and they have not given anything to my daughter just because i changed her surname.
There is property from my ex inlaws parents( pushthani). .Which now will go to my ex and his sister.
Just wanted to know if my daughter will have a right on my ex's property share. As he is remarried again but do not have any issue yet. And can my daughter file fire her maintenance amount which he is not giving since last 6yrs.
Kindly help.

Now the association is pressuring me to pay monthly charges of Rs 3000 for a four wheeler parking. Can I protest saying, it is the common space and I have already paid for it.

I have been looking for information on physical division of 'Miljumla' land numbers in Uttar Pradesh. I have already gone through several books on UZALR, Land Records Manual, UPLRA, UP Revenue COurt Manual, etc. However, I could not find any information on the physical division scheme/procedure for a miljumla number, IF the LAND HOLDERS ARE UNABLE TO DIVIDE THE LAND AMICABLY.
Someone (in fact a number of people) told me that there is a provision of dividing the 'disputed' miljumla numbers from the North-West side of the land. However, I could not find the said procedure in any of the aforementioned books. It would be great, if the experts can provide some information on the same! Thanks.

Sir..My University, The University of Calcutta has arranged their Part 3 Ba/bsc/bcom hons examination during the general Election period. Now, we students have already asked them to postpone the examination because we are very much afraid of the fact that our safety while going to the examination centre can be in trouble.
And there are some students from outside the university are attending the examination but they cannot afford to give their vote as they can't go back to their district for giving their vote . We have tried to convince the university authority in all possible ways. But they are adamant not to postponing the exam as the result should be delayed then and an enormous number of students' academic career will be jeopardized.
Now, we are heading towards High Court for filing PIL against our university. Is there any chance of winning the case in favour of us ? Please help... We have signed a petition where 10% of total students have their signature. Please help Sir. It just only14 days left for examination.
