Rrecently I have to join government service and have to submit police verification rreport.
Employer will allowed me to join or dney?
Whether sections 323, 341 covers no moral tarplitude, association with crimes of violence??

Respected Experts,
My ex wife has given false affidavit. My qu. are as follows:-
1. Can i go for private complaint under sec 340 CRPC or not.
JMFC has rejected my application And i have gone for REVISION OF MY 340crpc APPLICATION. nOW SESSION COURT JUDGE IS TELLING THAT HE CANT ENTERTAIN THIS APPLICATION.
So how i can go for complaint of false affidavit. Please tell me the process.

Sir, My brother who's a Hindu by birth aged 23 married a Hindu girl aged 23 when both of them were 21. My brother was mentally harassed by this girl to marry her. She threatened him that she will die if my brother doesn't marry her. My brother gets easily afraid with emotional blackmails. So he married her. Now the marriage is a court registered one and all this happened during feb 2014 , just 3 months after my brothers 21st birthday. My brother kept this marriage secret from us for more than 1.5 years and the girl also didn't tried to reach us. Now after one and a half year of their marriage the girl again started to emotionally blackmail my brother to introduce her as his wife to my parents. This was the time when we came to know about this marriage. My parents directly rejected the marriage. After a lot of grilling my brother told everything about how the marriage happened and how she blackmailed her. He told us that the marriage was never consummated and they never had any physical contact. Also the guarantor to the marriage were the girls mother, her grandma, and her friend who was a common friends of both of them. My parents had completely no knowledge about it. My brother doesn't wants to live with her and wants a divorce. Also the girl most often demanded money from my brother during this 2-3 years. It seems that she deliberately have done all these to demand cash from my brother. Note- My brother and the girl were childhood friends. Please give some suggestions on how to get rid of her. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
My brother expired on 22 April 2015 in a road accident. he had an LIC policy for which only one premium was given.
His wife claimed money from LIC on the basis of same policy for which she received one amount, for the next amount (i.e. death) the LIC said that as per the police Final Report the case is registered under 279 and 338 which proves that he was not careful while driving and he died due to uncontable driving and not being careful.
therefore they have rejected the claim. now in this condition what should we do as at the time of death no body was there then how can police claim that he was not careful. Secondaly up police themselevs were not serious in investigating the matter. it is just that they have to produce the FR copy they have given the same to us and LIC has rejected the claim on the basis of the same.
I request experts to please advise urgently.

property belongs to grandma who had two daughters one of them passed away the property has to be divided between the alive daughter and the children of expired daughter.one of the sons of demised daughter an advocate is strongly and deliberately objecting to the partition whereas all the other four members remain united .we belong to hindu family .Is there any provision to register the partition deed skipping his consent?will that be valid?

Dear sir
I am working as chargeman in ordnance factory GP 4200. I have joined last week only. It has 2 year probation & after that 5 year service bond for 1 lac.
Now I am also selected as SSE in railway gp-4600 .medical & other formalities is due before final joining & it may take another 3-4 months.
I have not intimated ordnance factory that I had appeared for railway exam, since final result was not declared. If I now apply for technical resignation for joining railway ,will I have to pay 1 lac or I will be freed easily.
Also medical is remaining so I cannot leave ordnance before final joining letter comes to me.
Please suggest what to do?

Hello sir,
I have posted this question before .. i need advise on how to go ahead with this.
My husband had submitted forged documents salary certificate in the court and marked them as exhibits. i tried to file PCR in the court and court said I cannot file case instead have to file police complaint.
i wanted to know whether
1. i should file PCR or FIR in the police station
2. Should i have to file it in the police station where the case jurisdiction falls or the police station where the company he works jurisdiction falls as i have to make his employer as the accused number 2 in this particular forgery case.
Kindly advice.
