I have joined in bihar govt school as a teacher on Anukampa basis on 31st march 2016 with pay scale of 5200_20200. I want to know the salary i will be getting and what are the benefits of govt school teacher like pension.gpf.etc. plz help me to know the details.

In Andhrapradesh, My mother's father has few ariculture lands and 3 houses. My mother is ninth sibblings of total 11 . My grandfather has written will that agriculture lands be shared by his 11 childrens and for share of 3 houses no any written will. Now my mother age is 70 years and married sometime 45 years back. Now wheather she is entitle for her share legally . Please advice

Hi I have taken property in Mumbai in 2007. After 2 years Bldg gone for redevelopment, but my name builder not forwarde to MHADA annex ire. Everyone vacate premises without stamp duty and registration. Landlord is builder. From seller we did affidavit and power of attorney notarized. We have taken tenancy agreement and rent recipe transfer. Till 2013 we were getting rent yearly cheques from builder. After that he stopped giving by giving excuse of financial loss. Now tower is ready. And now builder asking me to fetch seller to get sign on MHADA form. Seller is asking ransome huge amount. I am really worried for future possession.
Plz advise

I and my husband filed mutual consent a month back . I now want to try to see how this marriage can be preserved from destruction.can I withdraw my petition and if he is still not talking how can I stay with him . can he still be cold n not accept me

Hi, Myself Shanmukham, I've selected for Andra bank as po. My query is, ' Few years back false IPC 307 case filed against me and court gave clean chit in that case and made me free. And I didn't mentioned about same during filling application form, will there be any trouble during joining and police verification. Please guide me... I'm totally depressed even after clearing exam succesfully. Please do help... Thank you, Shanmukham.

Hello sir,
I have one query regarding concealment of facts in kusum Sharma affidavit. Lot of expenses are misrepresented/over exaggerates in affidavit and certain facts have not been disclosed in affidavit.
Please let me know what's the best way to handle this situation before maintenance is granted based on income affidavit.

I gave copmlaion in honourable land grabbing court for creation of fake layout of 27 acts of land.upon receipt of my complaint collected R R district has taken over a only six hundred yards of land and filled false report before the land grabbing court by which my case was dissmessed than I approached and filled a w p in honorable high court which was allowed directing revenue attorties to take over complete govt land. Revenue authorities have filled a complain in police and in turn police have filled charge sheet in court for land grabbing of six hundred yards only . I want to implied in the above case and want to bring true facts before the lower court. Pl advice me remedy and course of action .the accused of land grabbing and his family is still in position of several plots of land .I am interested in taking over the land by revenue athorites and filling of correct complian before court by revenue and police authority

1.i'm a plaintiff in a civil suit, Hon'ble
court allow u/o 39 r 1-2 cpc since 2013.
againt Defendant 1 to 3.
2.one person/applicant file u/o 1 r 10 cpc on august 2014 and contempt (3-4 locks with iron chain in main gate for suit premises)on December 2014.
3. same applicant file separate civil suit in same
Hon'ble court since july 2015. claim suit premises and i'm a defendant no.3
important: applicant mention in para he had hang (3-4 locks with iron chain in main gate for suit premises)on December 2014.
4. February 2016 Hon'ble u/o 1 r 10 cpc allow applicant plus defendant no. 4
sir my question is.
will i file violation of injunction against defendant no. 4 and please send any judgement details same related of this matter.

Divorce
I am got married in 2000 and we gave a 15 years old daughter. My wife left me and my daughter on September 15th 2015 within this period she never contacted me, she not even make any statement against me. Even she is not with her parents. She is with some other person and staying in Dhanbad where she joined a private firm and earning quit well. If i do file for divorce can she claim anything from me. what should i do?
