If a person found guilty under section 323,324,325,326,506 ipc he was sentenced imprisonment by the court after completion of his imprisonment tenure on can able to perform or apply for a govt job.
Pleading
he was innocence and able to join the main stream as he has completed his join the society.

I have a query on Wife's right on husband's self earned property.
My friend is purchasing a property in Karnataka. The property is self earned property of seller. The Seller bought it after his marriage and all the documents are in his name.
Now during registration, is it required to take his wife's signature as witness ? or its not required?
Please clarify my doubt on this.

I am currently working under Ministry of Defence as a Group B Officer since last 5 years. i had signed a service bond for a period of 7 years which will expire on 12/02/2018. I have recently got an offer from Mumbai port Trust for the post of Asst. Traffic Manager(Gr-I). Is my service bond transferable for the balance period?

This is for my friend who got married in March 2015 and back from leave left for abroad in April 2015.His wife has filed a petition for Null and void marriage in court. both are Hindus and both are second marriages after legal divorce and she is left with a child from first husband. What is null and void marriage . She filed petition as impotent( he left abroad 1 month after marriage) .case fixed for 27/4 .Even if we arrange a advocate ,Can court pass judgement with on his absence .what are the procedures that will be met so that he can fix for --months leave or can this case be settled outside court by compromising . As he has left only 1 year ago and Find difficulty in getting leave now at present can his relatives request court to extend this case on his leave in December . Will court pass maintenance now.

Hi every one
Mr. X have 4 sons (no daughters) he purchased property In the name of four sons jointly.
1 constructed house of 400 sq. yard and 3 acre of farm land market value of house was Rs.300 and farm land value was Rs 900 in 1960 . after the death of Mr. X in 1990 the four (son's) joint owners made a release deed for house and farm land and divided their property. They got transferred their share in their names as in the release deed. 2nd brother took house and others 3 divided the farm land. They all enjoyed the shares happly.
First and second brother died in 1996 and 1999(two are alive).
4th brother sold his share of farm land. Today the market value is different for those properties, house Rs.6 L and farm land each share Rs 16L
Now today in 2016 the son of 2nd brother who died in 1999 (house owner's son) says that the partition was wrong it should be divided again.
Now is their any chance of challenging that partition after 25 years.
it happened with my friend he is in tension he intend to sell his fathers share.

My parents are retired but now mother demands more respect for her efforts as wife which my father denies . Considering this she wants her money back that she earned and gave . Now with the help of my only brother in law she wants to approach court and he slowly started to gain voice with my mother support and demanding equal share of property. Is it genuine and now about me am very clear and i dont want these arguments and want my parents wish to fufill.

one of my friend has filed a case against me in konkan division (Bandra )for eviction from the suit premises . Since I was not staying in that suit premise for last 2 years i was not aware of the case . The court declared me exparte , and order for eviction was passed.
We were evicted from my premise . So I had gone for revision petition before the Hon'ble Addl. Commissioner, Konkan Divn.
Now the situation is both of us have compromised and want to settle the case.
Now my question is
1. Should I go for case withdrawal or case settlement? What is the difference ?
2. Can a person withdraw the case just by a oral statement in front of court ?
3. Do i need a advocate for the same or just my oral declaration in front of judge is sufficient ?
4. In short can the case be settled between the two parties without lawyers involve ?
