i am fighting dv case against my husband and inlaws. my husband claims that he tried to take me home several times but my family misbehaved with him. he also claims that he send me messages and called me numerous times asking me to come but i refused to go with him. however the fact is that he never contacted me for more than 2 years nor ever came home after 2011. I want to know whether he will have to provide and proof his claims of messaging by providing call data because he said in mediation centre that he does not keep records of call. In case he fails to produce proofs or says he deleted records or unable to proof his visit because he never came home. will this be considered a lie in absence of proofs and the court will order to collect his call records

A relative sold his property on certain conditions for payment . The close relative who purchased the property got it registered by way of gift deed to avoid stamp duty which I was against. After paying the money one part payment is due from the relative (buyer)which he refuses now to my relative. The relative who sold acquired the property by way of family partition.
Can my relative or his children file a suit to recover the balance payment due? Pl help.Thank you.

Hi im born christain bt nw converted to hindu im in love wit my mother's sister's son (his father is not realtive to us) he was hindu and nw converted to christain.our parents are against us since 5yrs the problem continous.after facing my problem we did register marriage it comes us hindu marriage..even then the priblem is the same if our parents appeal to court this marriage will b a void,i understand.but nw we r in the idea of converting to muslism.tis is the last chance for us to live.else shld definitely sucide.i cnt live witout him!pls anyone reply

Hello,
I would like to know the best way to mortgage a property in case of lending money.
I would like to give amount to my friend and I do not have any money lending license. He wants money and I am planning to I've him for a nominal interest rate.
Can anyone let me know if I can lend him money for a nominal rate of interest and also the best way of mortgage I can mortgage his property as security.
I need complete control over property and would like to avoid further issues.

Wife's divorce petition got dismissed on merit after trial by family court. Now she has filed appeal against family court in high court.
So, what will happen if I do not contest the same either by non appearance or by filing a statement that I don not want to contest the same due to health or money problems?
Will court itself go through the merits of the judgement before allowing / set aside it?
If I do not contest it, can she add any additional demands/reliefs and get it allowed easily?

If there is a service level agreement between a company and a partnership firm then do all partners of that firm need to sign the agreement or only authorized signatory can sign?signatures of both the parties on all pages is mandatory or only sign on last page will do?
