Dear Experts,
I have 2 part query on...
1st Part: - One of my friend who got cheated by owner who sold a land with wrong katha and appointed me as POA. Now after gathering all evidence filed complaint with police and have FIR against the cheats however while interacting with Police is the police expected to do negotiations with cheat owner and POA OR cheat owner + my friend who got cheated OR cheat owner + my friend + myself an POA.
2nd Part: - If the negotiations dosent work out what is the legal course I (POA) and my friend need to take to recovery the money. i.e should we file any case in court... please provide some guidences on documentation,cost of court fees and timelines it would take to get this case resolved.
Appreciate all your expert views/opinion/guidance.

The illegal structure is built on cantonment land about 8 years ago and cantonment has sent the notice to the landlord 1 to 3 and also a tenant relative/advocate by profession at no 4 staying in the sane building.The landlord 1 to 3 along with tenant/ relative at no 4 approached the civil court for the stay against the cantonment authority to stop them to demolish the illegal structure.The illegal structure is a nuisance to the neighboring building for their through fare and also for passing the vehicle like ambulance/fire tenders etc. The matter is at hearing stage and the present situation is that the applicant at no 4(tenant/relative/Advocate)is expired a year ago and his wife is having property dispute with the landlord 1 to 3 of the suit property and not willing to cooperate with the claim/Defense of the landlord 1 to 3 that the illegal structure is existing since last 75 years and no one has objected for the same hence we have got the adhoc possession and now we are the owner of that land.Now after the death of the applicant at no 4 how his wife can enter into this case to bring the actual facts of the illegal structure.Is it possible to give her application in the same case stating about her husbands death and how he was wrongfully made a party against the cantonment board to fight a false case.We have already approached the cantonment board Advocate and narrated him the whole story about it. The experts are requested to give their opinion to smash this case which is on false ground. We have enough evidence like old photographs/neighbors ready to come and depose in the court. but how it is done legally to dismiss this case of the landlord 1 to 3.

Dear sir, I want to complaint against my relative who has used fake sc certificate for getting Punjab govt teacher job . I have almost sure about this, but at present have no proof. He belongs to jatsikh family which comes in general category. He made certificate around 30-40 yrs back. How can I find proof against him . Which department work for this . In which department of Punjab, I can complaint against him. If anonymous write a complaint will it work. I know only his name , fathers name, village and his land khewat in village. Nothing else I have to prove. Please solve my query. Thanks

I am krish kaushik from West bengal.I was working in a psb from 2013. During my probation period, a serious misconduct done by me unfortunately. Around 1.75 lakhs fraud was happened. Now on 29 may 2015 concern psb regional office freeze my two account one is salary and other is normal sb. Psb head office issued charge sheet and the matter was finished within 6 months with termination on Dec 4 2015. Now on 21 Dec 2015 I submit and applied for UNFREEZING my all accounts to regional office. Because after my father death the whole amount around 12 lakhs is in my bank account to this psb. Now after 4 months from application they did not unfreeze. The charge sheeted amount already deducted from my account on Oct 2015. One of my colleague said to frame a legal notice against psb. My question is what will b my next step.
1.there is no other issue about me from bank.
2. Concern head office told regional office freezed my account so they have to unfreeze.
3. Regional office told to wait.but it is 5 months I have no money.
My Question is
Is freezing of bank account is illegal without any notice?
If they whole case was settled, no other allegation then what is the procedure to unfreeze my bank account?

Hello,
I have one house in Mumbai. Which is my mummy's house. We are 2 brothers and 1 sister and 1 is dead . We r facing some problems from that property. And we want to know the things from u. Please solve my queries.
1.my mother tell me to sell the room and distribute the all money to all members. Bt after that she will change her decision that she don't want to sell the room. So how can we take confirmation from my mother that she's confirm to sell and later she will not change her decision . She change her word .
2. My brother's wife warn my mother that she will do police complaint of all of us if we sell the room but we are ready to give the part of his right.
3.my Bhabhi is ready to give all of us 12 lakh bt this is not the actual cost. if we sell the property everyone will get maximum of 17 to 18 lakhs. She want that house at less price than markey
3.can we take my mother signature on stamp paper in which she will said that . I want to sell my property and distribute all the money equally to everyone.
4.my mother changes his words every time. So how can we confirm that this is her last disicionand we will sell the propery right now. And all are changes after our family meeting that we are not saying this sonhow we can confirm all the things
5. Previously my smaller brother and my Bhabhi done my signature to transfer the name of proprry from my father to mother cause he is left.
6.so what steps I have required to taken and how we will confirm that everyone is ready for sell the house .

ONE PERSON FILED A FALSE FIR THRU VII ADDTNL CHIEF METROPOLITON MEGISTRATE UNDER SECTION 420, 406, 509 IPC r/w 120(b) ON 17TH DEC 2015 IN MY NAME, MY SON AND WIFE AND MY CO-BROTHER WHICH I CAME TO KNOW NOW
