hello sir, my question about gift deed. my grand father want to make gift deed to me about his own flat n we are living together without OC (occupation certificate).so it is possible without oc (occupation certificate)my grand father make gift deed? thanks reply asap.

Dear experts
I met a lawyer in fb he isworking in alipore court, he promised me tht he can give divorce degree in expartee in one year and took 70k frm me. But on d day whn exparte was going to order my wife's lawyer appeared and filed hma24. Now hma24 case is going on,on tht petition i came to knw they filed 125 in lower court also.
Now i want to knw is there any provision to punish my lawyer.?
2) is it gud to withdrw divorce petition?
As if i withdrew d hma24 can nt b executed..
Pls tell me thanks in advance.

Respected Sir,
1) I think, after talaq. the ex-wife is no more an "aggrieved person". Therefore, in my opinion, the ex-wife has no right to file an application under section 12 (1) of the DV Act 2005 after talaq. Am I right?
2) Can the ex-wife file a criminal complaint under section 498A of the IPC after talaq?

Myself PRakash Shetty NRI, booked a underconstruction flat in pune.
Already paid by cheque for 15% of total COst.
My Query is , I dont want to register flat as long as I pay any dues as construction progresses.
Just before 20% balance or before pocession , I want to register and apply for bank loan in India.
In this case If situation arises, Can I sell this property before I register at market value?
OR I must register and then only I can Sell?
I I sell After Registration , Will I get all taxes paid in full?
How things works selling a property before & After registration?

hello sir,
i am working under medical education department in madhya pradesh in a college.
i joined the institute as demonstrator on 30/9/2009 at salary of 15600-39100 with grade pay of 5400 which later changed by govt order from 5400 to 6000.
i worked there till 12/12/2013 and got timely increment of 3% annual with time to time increment in DA as per govt order.
i selected in the same departmet on higher post of assistant professor under class I from 12/12/2013 with salary of 15600-39100+7000.
as i was in the same dept and in the same college and under medical education department.
i joined and got advantage of only carry forwarding of earn leave and in salary no advantage as well as no experience and increment of my 4yr service.
i have to serve as probation period also for two years after my joining which i think should not be asked because i already worked there and served for probation period.
kindly give advice regarding this as i want to know that m i eligible for pay protection n wanna
know rules for pay protection also.

Dear, I am Manish! A Hindu brahmin. I was married on nov6 2011.My wife has left my house since July 2014 stating she would return back in 15 days and has not yet turned up back as on 17april 2016.she is working in Jaipur Rajasthan I have been trying to contact her and in laws but none r responding to me and even since thenwe r not talked to eacheach other and her father and relatives also not giving any details.even in 2012 she left for 7 months uncontacted. Plz suggest me with some sample matter to send a lawyer notice to her & family.as I am little financial crisis unable to hire any lawyer or visits to her and moreover online I have been asked for some registration fee.I doubt abt her being brainwashed or some illicit affair.she has spoken to me whatsapp stating that she will not return.there were no issues of any domestic violence or demands from my end.I have been trying to contact in laws since long but they don't respond my calls.I was working in MNC company and even hold a masters degree.plzz suggest as there is no communication and I am scared that firstly I don't want to lose her as itwas a love arranged mmarriage and why should I be harassed for compensating without my mistake in this.

Safeguarding groom against false accusations
Pls advice. The wife is mentally harassing the husband upon his pre marital affairs. He had told her about the same before marriage. Later she got in touch with his ex girlfriends to know about him and that's when they started calling him again.
Husband even moved out of the city with her to pacify her. One night upon heated argument she even called for police and threatened to file case of domestic violence and infidelity.
Can the husband send a divorce notice based on mental harassment case. Will this be able to help in future if she even falsely accused him of voilance?
