A person is having a property. He was having two wives. First wife is having 2 sons and second wife is having 3 sons. That person died in 1981. After death of that person how the share of his property is being divided to his sons(all 5)? And how much is being divided?

I am from kerala and i rent house to a rentee but at the past 5 months he didnt pat me the rent and he was missing and dont come to rent house or pick up my phone. So can i evacuate his house without asking permission? If i evacuate and the property of him damage due to rain am i liable?

i am respondent in criminal writ petition as Party in Person and without hearing, Order passed at High court by single bench showing hearing done.
Now i wish to challenge the impugned order dated 31.03.2016 released on 29.04.2016.
so please inform what is time limit to challenge and where it will challenge
by High Court APPEAL OR By SLP at Supreme Court.

Hello Dear Experts,
I used to run a small tailoring unit for the last few years with a staff of 5. Due to slump in business & recurring overheads, I ran into a debt of around 20 Lacs of Rupees over the years. Now my creditors are demanding back their money which at presently I am unable to repay them though I have all the intentions in the world to pay-back at the earliest.
As of now, I am completely bankrupt & struggling to even take-care of daily household expenses.
I would like to file a case of BankRuptcy so that I can establish to my creditors about the genuiness of my current financial position.
I solicit legal advice & consultations on how to go about filing a BankRuptcy case, fomalities involved, timelines, costs etc.
Any pointers would be highly appreciated.

I have been issued arrest warrant by designated court situated at vileparle mumbai.
At the time of warrant or before i have not received any notice from court, police ask me to take out bail from above court. Court charged me Rs.5000/- for warrant cancellation and Rs. 500/- fine.
I want to know following:
1)Is above two section come under criminal matter? I have read the pdf book provided by maharahstra law dept. but not found that arrest warrant can be issued for above section.
2)Can i file defamation suit and removal of above case against Mumbai Municipal Corporation, at Mumbai High court,
3)What will be the fees i will have to pay as court fees for above.
Actually i am staying at chawl system in mumbai. It was built and ready in year 1959. Legal heir of one Gomibai and Asnudas javeri are now fighting for claim on building, i am one of tenant. The building is two storyed, contain 15 double room unit, all to gether there are 13th tenant are there in building.
In year 2014 employee from mumbai municipality p/north ward office given me one plain paper notice asking owner/occupier to carried out structural stability report. I handed over same to one of the legal heir of javeri family, they did not come forward to do test, actually they sit quite on above notice, Mumbai municipality again given another notice for structural stability test, this time they pasted on ground floor meter room door, this notice also we occupier did not see as same fell down and moved inside meter room, we do not open meter room every now and then.
in 2015 june end we found smoke coming out from meter room, at that time we found this notice, we all occupier read it and take out test report in month of july, we submitted the same, to p/north ward office of BMC.
I will be most pleased if some expert answer me.

my wife is staying with her mother during last 1.5 yrs. I asked for mutual divorce. But she denied. Now i have made RCR petition, as my lawyer advised me it will act as a shield if she files 498A. My wife is now ready to stay with me but not with my parents. She says tht her life is at risk at her in-laws house, becoz previously 1 yr back she made a suicide attempt here .But its not possible for me to leave my parents....my parents are also creating pressure on me to file divorce petition against her....i also want to get rid of her. Can i file divorce petition if RCR fails?what proof and evidence should i need to prove mental cruelty?

Sir, we recently realized that the land documents have a typo for the linked document number.
the main/original document says the linked document number as 523/88.
And in the linked document, if we see the main page it has the document number as 523/88, but rest of the pages(back side of the every page wherever the registrar stamp exists) says as 523/86.
infact, the linked document is executed in the year of 1986.
i purchased the land in 2001 and i did not notice at that moment, but i realized now as i am going to for a bank loan and bank has pointed this out.
Sir, kindly tell us is this is a big issue?
should we really rectify that?
and my neighbours telling that, the rectification is also require the link document owner (previous owner). we dont know whether he is alive? and dont know his address details?
kindly suggest us is there an alternate for this and procedure

The Tahasildar ordered to deposit NA tax before collector made assessment of the bonafied NA use of the land. The land was purchased after the DIC permission under sec 63IAii of BTAL .
We appealed before Dy collector who turned down our appeal.
We approached additional collector using various HC judgement.
We wish to know if the Addl collector also refuses our appeal, is is end of revenue procedure of 2 appeals u/s 247?
Where do we get justice- local civil court or high court & whether we have to go for writ petition ?
