Hi i bought a degree from bank. After 28 years of strugling i was finally able to file a execution now during excution the guranter of the property wants to be a party court allowed with a security of 250000 and allowed to contest. As per your experience will he be allowed by the court to buy back the property though he contested alll along saying he never sold his property. The owner never came forward. The guranters claims to be the owner now using a release degree that too after he kept the property to us.
Will he be allowed to reedem the property since he didnt pay for 28 years now. I want to sale the property sick of this contesting

As it is mandatory to get the prior district court's permission to mortgage the property in which minor is involved. I just wanted to know that how much time would the district court take to grant the prior permission?

I bought a plot in Ghaziabd, GDA scheme in May 2016. One of the Previous owner got the MAP approved from GDA for builidng house in year 2008. My query is to know that may i build house as per MAP get approved by one of the previous owner.
Please let me know.

Dear Experts,
I applied for temporary child custody during summer vacation 2016; court gave only 3 hrs visitation once a week during the summer holidays of the child. Asked the court to review order but no action taken by the family judge. This order is not appealable under G & W act. If I go for a revision, before the petition is admitted vacation period will expire. What is the remedy?
Respondent disobeyed this child visitation order and all previous visitation orders including regular, summer and Diwali access for the child visitation. The Same thing has been happening for last 5 years.
Contempt petition filed in the same family court but the court is not deciding it. Respondent is alienating the child. When the petition filed in the child right commission Mumbai, the commissioner ordered inquiry through police, but the commissioner got removed/transferred from the post. Then, the secretary took over the charge and before the investigation report submitted by the police, dismissed by petition by giving the reason that petition is not maintainable because matter is pending in the court. Child interview report says the child is comfortable with father and want to meet father. What to do to avoid child abuse and alienation?

There is one property in my fathers name. It had been given to my aunty for stay since 20years without any amount. Now we want to sell this property due to financial crunch, but now my aunty refused to give us back.
Now what can be the remedy???? plz guide us its very crucial for us

Dear Sir,
Myself purchased flat in Pune 2013 along with parking.
However as per payment condition we have paid full parking amount and Builder has not given payment slip for parking amount and he allotted parking space against the flat no and he had given parking allotment letter.
How we can make it legalised on our names and in future if i sell then how shall I trasfer the parking.
Please advise me.

My party is of London uk helding it's office in mulund as well as in andheri mumbai.
The party had given me orders of fabrics online and I made the fabrics but before making the fabrics I sent a sample through their person to London so that the could verify the sample and than order me!
Their guy didn't sent sample to London and my party gave instructions and orders to manufacture the fabrics urgently within 4 days so I manufactured the fabric with embroidery and requested them for payments the party it self came at my shop and gave me post dated cheque of 78000 after a months date.
They told me that the cheque will definitely be honoured by the bank once I deposited.
Since I got a good reference from a shop in my market I agreed as they told me that if I don't take postdsted cheque they won't take my goods which I manufactured according to their taste! Since I had no option I took the cheque and gave them the goods!
Before 3 days from the date of the cheque the party called me and told me not to deposit this cheque as they said that the goods which I sent were of inferior quality and they dI'd not like the goods as such! After then I waited for 3 more days and they did not msg me any more. So with no option left again I approached the party who had given me his top reference . The party said to wait for another 10 days as he said he would be finalising this matter. Today 1 month is passed and he gave me no response so I deposited the cheque and the cheque dishonoured saying stop payment plz refer to drawer. I called the drawer 20 times to London as well as in mumbai but still no response by them
Plzzz help me what action do I take with help of Indian court and can I file a criminal case and will I get my money back???

Hi,
I do have an urgent issue to which I need your help.
The below are queries
1. Basically my father/mother both are illiterates and they never bothered about the caste in school/college records and they have updated them as Muslim general category (OC) where as I actually belong to BC- B (OBC).......
How can I get this changed and does it need to be updated for govt jobs??
2. Assuming that there is no other way and when state govt announced for including BC-E I immediately applied for it. Now it is of no use as supreme court has discarded it but I am being linked to it. But one of the community head suggested me to go ahead and get BC-B and gave me a certificate from his end stating I belong to BC- B
Now can I get it changed to my original caste BC-B???
3. If don't get the details updated in school/college records and I get OBC under bc b certificate will that be a problem if I join any govt job as I have an approved caste certificate??
I would be really greatful if you would reply to my queries.

I had not payed my land property tax from year 1999 onwards.Now I went to pay tax to my village office they told me you have to produce non encumbrance certificate to prove that no liability due to last tax has payed 16years back.I have the last tax receipt of year 1999 in original with me.I am ready to pay the fine amount.Why this encumbrance certificate needed.
