Dear respective experts,
I have many false cases on and quary about those answered by experts here previously, i am really thank full to all of you for your valuable opinions nd guidance.
Here in 406 they are denying to take back the articles even i got to know they r ready to give in writing the same as she wants to live with us. But my question is whether police can seize those things by their own. Or what is the strategy behind not taking those things after filling 406. What will be advisable for me to do?

Property given to grandmother X (mother's mother ) by her father. X has 4 daughters A, B, C and D. All are married. X gave B' s share. B has two daughters B1 and B2. Both are married. With the help of govt B built a house in that property. What are the rights on the property B1 and B2 have?

I, Suresha B N working in a PSU. Presently I have been paid by HRA and recently my organization is going to provide rent free accommodation by stopping the HRA. I have decided to give off quarters as well as HRA and needs to stay in private rented house for the purpose of my children's education. Can have the right to certificate from my employer stating that the employee is not provided with free accommodation which will enable us to avoid unnecessary tax burden on perquisites. My question is (1)weather my employer forcebily allot the quarters, though I have give off the rent free accommodation as well as HRA on my own? (2)Weather I can leagaly reject the rent free accommodation as well as HRA by staying in a rented house on my own liability and avail the benefit of tax liability on perquisites. (3)What are the laws and judgements for supporting my view? (4) weather it is a compulsion to the employee to go and reside in the free accommodation/quarters?..... Requests the law experts to give your valuable legal opinion.

If it is a intestate property which is devolved by inheritance then, Can father sell it not for family needs? Can father sell it for waste and damages? Any deadline for recover sold ancestral property? If any, is there concession on time?

My divorce case is pending and hma24 is running in hwh court(west bengal), is it ll b better to file child custody case in punjab ,since i m in army and posted in punjab now.
Home town is hwh only, pls tell it ll b gud to file custody case now or not ,if yes thn in hwh or in punjab.

Dear sir / madam,
While executing Deed of hypothication against stock stamp duty of Rs. 1,00,000/- paid instead of Rs. 1,25,000/- hence Rs. 25,000 short paid in 2012 but, now it has been found out so, now which remedy available to rectify such deficiancy in such document?
Please reply as prompt as practible as its an URGENT matter.

Need injection order or deed cancel
I am the owner and Possessor of land bearing S.No 202/C ,situated at Rajipet Village of Parkal Mandal Warangal District to Extent of AC.2-10 guntas respectively .
I Submit that during the year 1993 one Mr. Udutha Parashuramulu who is the Owner of adjacent to my land in S.No. 202/C and 204 ,has disturbed the boundaries of my land and tried to occupy about 30 gunts of land .there after i got the land measured through M.C. inspector and got my land perfectly demarcated In year 1989 .
in continuation of his high behavior and with the help of Mr.Sai reddy (VRO) siad parashuramulu has illegally confimed me in police station ,parkal with the help of Police ,Parkal and by threatening me and my family of life danger said Parashuramulu got my signatures on some written stamped papers under threats and coercion. I humbly submit that neither there was any willing ness or need for me to sell the land nor there was any consideration paid towards the said alleged sale.
