If a document is notarised but does not contain Notary reference /document number, only red stamp present with Notary stamp....does document stand valid?
What is importance of notarised document?

Hello sir,i am Archana, I am married 2 years ago,now I am only house wife my husband don't have permanent job he has doing as a guest lecturer in university as well as he has doing part time job as a principal in B. Ed college.I don't have child yet, my treatment is going on but my husband tourtured me physically as well as mentally for a child he confidently told me I never concive child, most important thing is his mobile, whole day use he his mobile, always online on whatsapp and hike and messanger,he never show me his mobile, when he chatting that time if I Gone near at him then suddenly he close his mobile,he never put his mobile normally,when he charged mobile at that time also he sitted beside mobile,one day I caught him,he chatting with woman, she is married woman, she have 1 child her husband Doing job other state she also teacher,i always caught her mesg, call details but my husband very sharply deleted her messages and call details in his mobile, when I ask him then he abusing me, he told me cheap minded,i don't have affair that woman, u blaming me.I always told him u don't interested in that woman then block her in social sites and block her calls,he said yes after some days as it is her mesg, calls came back when I ask about that then he replied I don't know how can come it,why u asking me, u ask that woman,i called that woman she said ur hubby called me so I also called him, don't abuse me go and ask ur husband,when I ask him, he told me u must believe on me, like that woman told like this... your husband call me, mesg me, and something because they they want our seperation u don't believe her just ignore it,i think yes he is correct but he always chating on hike when I ask him to whom u r chatting then he 5 min wasted time then he show his mobile when I see his mobile there is no friends online there r only 2 friends but always chatting on hike,one day when I checked his mobile then recent activities I seen,there r one mesg came on hike and it is hiding and that mesg was that woman, when I ask abt that he took his mobile suddenly and deleted and and say u lie there is no mesg on hike ur only bleming me, now I caught he called her I showing him and asked him then he deleted her number and denyed, sir I don't don't have to evidence to prove it,I decided file FIR against her it will ladge FIR against her or not , I called her and recorded our conversation she said ur husband called me, then change her statement myself called him ur husband not calling me, I know my husband daily called her but I don't have evidence how can I collect his call details,sir is am wrong,pls tell me what I do in this situation in legaly.pls suggest me

what are the service rule of charitable hospital, ( trust also) in this hospital more then 250 employee are working, in this hospital labour law can applicable, suppose labour law is applicable then they are provide casual leave, and they are deducted sick leave ( LWP) 10 leave sick is given suppose employee is hopitalized that time they are deducted extra leave as LWP
In sick leave they can made the LWP please every thing me explain and what are the service rule of charitable hospital

Sir This is to inform you that I have owned a property through ancestral of my grandfather through a registered release deed by my uncle (fathers brother) my father is expired please tell me is there any dispute arise in future by my uncle or their children at the time of disposing the property or they have any right on the property after the release of the same

One of my friend got married in December 2015. just after few days of marriage he got to know that she is a sexual relationship with her best friend. He got to know about all this by going through the conversation between his wife and her partner. But when he confronted her she accepted about relationship but saying that she is interested in men. My friend is planning for the annulment. So is annulment possible in this case of bisexuality?

my house is behind the others and i have 4 feet galli with easement right to walk. i lived in this house for so many years. now the oweners of the house in front of my house trying to sold their house by showing the 4 feet galli is also part of their land. they are nothing to said the same. my lawyer said you cannot file suit for injuction because it is not in your possession. you can not file the suit for declaration because you have only easement rights. so what can i do. can i file the suit for my relief of protecting my easement right for walking and others. please suggest me its urgent.

Hi, I have been married for last 2.5 years but my wife was with me hardly for six months later. She often goes to her native with some reason or other and never return for 3 to 4 months, she has left the house on three instances before. Because of her this attitude I had initiated a legal notice but took back as I wanted to give her a chance but now she has deserted me for good reason she wants me to leave my aged mother and in married sister. My wife recently delivered triplets I tried to get her back but she has refused to rejoin. I have now filed for a divorce in court. My wife has sent me a lawyer notice as dowry harassment and wants me to pay the maintainance. I will not pay a single rupee to someone who has deserted me and falsely alleging dowry harassment. I still love my wife but just cannot continue after going through all the pain. I love my kids. I am ready to take custody of my children and take the responsibility but will not pay a single rupee if they are with my wife. I am read to serve jail for failing to honour the verdict. What are my chances of getting divorce. How long will I have to server prison for dis honouring the court.
Please advice.

Public notification mandatory or not
If I purchase a land from land owner and goes for developing under SRA scheme as there are houses built over it as slums, do I need to give public notifications under section 3c and 14? Is it mandatory? Is there a way out without giving notifications?
Please help.
