Dear Sir,
My Civil suit, one has produced a false property document under the heading ‘LIST OF DOCUMENTS’. Is it possible to initiate a criminal suit against him.
Please suggest your valuable advise.

Father died without will. Mother transfered property to her name. There was a major son and minor daughter. 26 years later can the mother will the property to the daughter and/or daughter's sons? The son is left without any property. He took care of mother and earned for the family and spent on minor sister's marriage education child birth. Thanks earnestly. Mother has also died but there seems to be a will somewhere which the sister knows is made and is in her or her son's favour.

A person had convicted us 306 of IPC. and sentenced jail for 7 years. An appeal was filed in high court against such conviction and the same is still pending for disposal. My question is whether it is possible to get early disposal of the appeal if a compromise proposal is filed by the complainants at this stage. The accused had already passed 3 years in jail out of total sentence period of 7 years.

Is it necessary that zamanti should be from local area only. If the accused is from Noida and his case is at faridabad so person from noida can be his zamanti?

I am Ruchi, just completed my LLB and enrolled as an Advocate in Bar Council.
I want to form a Tax Consultancy firm (Sole Proprietorship Firm) with full time service basis.
Proposed Firm Name as: “Gayatri Associates” – Tax Consultants
Court of Practice : Income Tax Department, Service Tax Department, VAT (Sale Tax) Department, Income Tax Appellate Authorities, CESTAT Tribunal & VAT (Sale Tax)Tribunal only.
I am planning to get registration with local authorities (Shop & Establishment Authorities) & Service Tax Department only when I reach Rs.10 Lac gross receipt in any forthcoming Financial Year.
I am planning to get print Professional Fee -Invoice receipt book containing details of my own PAN Card details being a Sole Proprietorship and my advocate bar council registration number details, too.
My questions are:-
1. Is there any restriction from Bar Council of India or State Bar Council for forming Tax Consultancy Firm (as Sole Proprietorship firm) for an Advocate?
2. Can I use my daughter name as my Firm Name?
3. Do I need any registration with Bar Council of India or State Bar Council, separately in name of firm?
4. Any other additional personal details like to suggest for Professional Fee – Invoice Receipt for Client?

Hello..I am radhika and I am glad to be connected here...
I am in extreme fixed situation...
I took a rented 180sq feet property in mhada colony on 3rd March 2016
Now the agent says the owner has informed him that he is going to come back from Qatar with his family on a months stay or say vacation and he needs his house back..
I paid 5k brokerage 10k rent and 20k is the deposit..and it's only been 3 months now..
Even though he has given me 1 month notice period. ..
It's is not possible for me to rent a new property and pay the same amount of brokerage a day the deposit may be more than it is now..
I need your guidance

Dear Sir.
My friend has a case in Tamil nadu to get back his house from tenant.now it is final stage.one case is if court decision favour to him,can he evacuate tenant without further proceedings .if tenant go for appeal,case will go long time.how can detain the tenant from such actions?if my friend file caviout in upper court,can he do evacuation quickly.can he get a direction from high Court to avoid any objection to evacuation.bacause he has to get his house as vacant within 1 month
