Dear sir. I have query regarding suicide. If we try to suicide can police arrest us and file an FIR. What is the punishment for attempt to suicide by consuming poison and can they arrest for that. Please guide us. Thanking u sir.

In Karnataka, wages for the security guard has been revised for the year 2016-17.
The security guard's Provident Fund contribution has been increased to 2484 inr for both the shares.
There Basic salary has been revised to 10350 and VDA is 908.
I just want you to advice me whether or not we can deduct Provident Fund on the minimum wage. So that security guard can get a bit more in hand salary.

sir one of my relative is getting maintenance amount ordered from the court from her husband but his husband deposit it after 6-8 months later when every time she files a recovery case.is there any provision so that she gets it on monthly basis into her bank account as her husband is a govt employee.

Dear Sir.
My grandfather leaves intestate 4 kottahs of land in north 24 pgs. South Dum Dum municipality Kolkata with four sons and four daughters. he demises in the year 1979 and now two of my uncles and two of my aunties demises, presently we want to have the land in each of our name as it will be distributed equally among us.
Sir my only query is whether married daughters will be coparcenary to this intestate property provided my grandfather demises in 1979 and Hindu Succession amendment act came in to effect from 9th sept 2005.

My earlier post
"I am krish kaushik from West bengal.I was working in a psb from 2013. During my probation period, a serious misconduct done by me unfortunately. Around 1.75 lakhs fraud was happened. Now on 29 may 2015 concern psb regional office freeze my two account one is salary and other is normal sb. Psb head office issued charge sheet and the matter was finished within 6 months with termination on Dec 4 2015. Now on 21 Dec 2015 I submit and applied for UNFREEZING my all accounts to regional office. Because after my father death the whole amount around 12 lakhs is in my bank account to this psb. Now after 4 months from application they did not unfreeze. The charge sheeted amount already deducted from my account on Oct 2015. One of my colleague said to frame a legal notice against psb. My question is what will b my next step. 1.there is no other issue about me from bank. 2. Concern head office told regional office freezed my account so they have to unfreeze. 3. Regional office told to wait.but it is 5 months I have no money. My Question is Is freezing of bank account is illegal without any notice? If they whole case was settled, no other allegation then what is the procedure to unfreeze my bank account?"
Now I have sent legal notice as on 3 June,2016 to bank higher authority,local authority and branch manager.
My questions are...
1. If they have to reply?
2. If they don't give any reply to my advocate what will be the consequences?
Please give me a right path to recover my money

Dear experts
i need to get cancelled Anticipatory bail taken by accused who was arrested against my complain.
my lawyer says to get a bail is easy but to cancel is most difficult job.
why is it so.. when there are all evidences against the accused person why judges have to show mercy on criminals??
Is it fair ??

Dear experts
i have file a complain for 420 IPC and police issue an FIR and searching for the arrest of the accused persons but they cannot trace the culprits as they have change the house numbers on the adhar card copy and the arrest cannot be made.
how to retreive the correct adhar card addresses of the accused persons.

My father purchased a property and registered document in 1985 in hyderabad
In 2008 we came to know that its under ULC and have to pay 10lakhs to get NOC and regularize
Due to financial issue we havent done the regularization
Now again in 2016 govt issued a GO asking to regularize
I would like to if i really have to pay and regularize as i have come to know that repeal act was introduced in 2008 and property owners having posession before 2008 doesnt have to worry.
