good morning to all.
I was been accused of 498a,307,494,406,144,107,323,34,125,dv,hma24 etc
charge sheet filed in 498 case
307,494,406 dropped
Also mentioned they were been approached for 406 recovery multiple time but they didn't response.
But police kept 498a in the cs nd also mentioned she was been tortured for dowry from us and as witness her family members one police officer and doctor from municipality hospital mentioned.
And showed me as hidden absconded nd asked for warrent on me.
Is it any cause of worry sir. Other 8 of my family members accused got bail. Mine was pendinfg for 406 recovery. Freshly applied again by my lawyer after charge sheet been filed. All the cases r false i have multiple proff of it. Rather me and my family members are tortured physicaly have audiovisual proff. Pls guide i have my lawyer who looking after but i want to have experts opinions from here. I had always been guided here in this fouram by renowned learned persons multiple time. So seeking for your valuable help once again. Thanks.

I lodged an FRI under IpC 294 against one boy who was iritating me by his calls n texts via different numbers....then somehow the case is running in court....now there are three witness who signed up there on FIR...one of my them is my father...the other one is ma couzn bro n last but not the least is ma couzn broz friend...ma father has alrdy given his statement in court...now ma couzn bro is also ready to pen down his statment....but his friend is not ready to give his statement...coz he signed on FIR coz ma couzn bro shared ma prblem wd him....now plz telme is it possible to solve ma case only on the statment of ma fathwr n couzn brother???? Plz help me

I residing in 100years old house . Before 6month i purchase my home with old tenant . Old tenant residing on ground floor and now he is not ready to leave from the home.
How can i get my ground floor from the old tenant.
Is any law available for landlord for ask to leave old tenant.
Plz suggest me .

My dad was a bussinessman in dubai, he had few limited liability companies in dubai. He passed away recently and noone tookup the companies and we are too young to take up these companies,so everything got closed. He had some credit cards and bank loans in dubai. About this bank loans we came to know after his death. Now some bank people from dubai has came to my house regarding his loan. Can they take any leagal action against us or our property in india??

I want to know the difference between Home Loan Agreement and Facility Agreement? While signing the documents, the bank took signatures in Home Loan Agreement and after frw days at the time of disbursal took signatures in Facility Agreement as the bank had financed the Builders project. Pls guide me legally?
