Dear experts,
I filed a suit for specific performance for sale of property in 2005.
The suit was decreed by trial court for specific performance with cost on 2012.
EP was filed on 2013.
The first appeal was filed and EP stayed.
First Appeal was dismissed by the Madras High court with cost on 2015.
The Supreme Court dismissed the final appeal on 2015.
EP was revoked.
At this stage of the EP the son of the seller files a claim or objection Under Order 21, Rule 58, FALSLY stating that he has stake in the property since it is ancestral in nature.
The property was purchased in the sellers name when he was a minor of 14 years and today he is 60 years and all documents are still in his name including patta.
IT IS JUST A PLOY TO FURTHER DELAY THE PROCESS BY ABUSING THE SYSTEM
What should I do to speedily put an end to this.

Dear Members,
I was woking in a Psu bank and now selected for a central govt job,in bank my designation was officer and so i have recommended some loans,although i had taken full care while processing loan documents but still in loans section no one is perfect and there may be some mistakes made by me while doing loans.
Now as i have left the job due to selection in central govt i want to know that will any mistakes pointed out by the authority later on in papers, can this create problems for me in my present job in my future.
one thing i want to say that at the time of joining the bank i used my full name as signature but in banking work i used to put only my initials as my signature and while recommending loans.
pls do guide us regarding this.

My name is Santhoshi. I have a property problem in my family,,
My father was married first wife in 1974. She left him without divorce in 1977. My father married my mother in 1979 without settlement with first wife. First wife came to my father's home after 15years. First wife has a girl (22) divya.my mother have two children. Now Son(Ramakrishna) is 32 and daughter(santhoshi) (24).in 1997 My Grand ma wrote a property vill as 2 portions for grandson trinadh, 2 portions for grand daughter divya and 1 portion for padma. In 1998 vill was chaned to 3 portions for grand daughter divya, another 2 portion for my father. They r saying my mom was stole the gold from my grand ma. But it is not a fact.my father and his first wife createf like that. There is no proof for that. Now the two portion which was allocated for my father, they sold it without my brother sign. We are not sure it is valid or not. And now i do not have any properties and now i do not have any source from my father.even im n't getting any maintenance from father as per court order.They made a wrong petition as my brother trinadh was getting salary and my mother was working. So they don't need any maintenance from my father. Now they are trying to sold remaing properties.
So, can anyone tell me if i have any chances to get any properties from my father.

I m holding money lending licence (shaahukari license).. I came to know that u can also give this licence to a third party on lease.. On against that he will pay remuneration in a form of rent or compensation...
1) It is the official way of doing this work if yes than which act/ law govern it.....
2) what is legal agreement or documents for the same MOU or the contract....
Pls give me advice on details
