Dear Sir
I am negotiating the property measuring 25X80 feet totaling to 2000 sft. , the said property is notified for road widening during 2010 by BBMP. (25X20 sft might be acquired for road widening), Whether i can purchase the whole property, if i purchase the property whether i will get the compensation or the previous owner is eligible for compensation.

Before the 12 years my father falsly traped in a forgery case, and some police officer threaten him that he will be encountered .. so they leave the home and after that never contact us ... now the shops is on the name of my father how can we transfer it to legal heirs... please provide the format to file a suit

on 2008 we filed a complaint against a HUF When Original Register AD cover are lost can a true copy can be considered as evidence on record ..... ??? if not is than any other way to prove dispatch of cover??? As the notice is dispatched in 2008 the post office has no record.... what should i do to prove dispatch

Please advise whether my brother( who is the father of Mental reatrded child) has to file the appeal application before the Distrct & session court Judge or to the High Court?
My brother has filed the guardianship petition which was dismmsed by Civil judge..Now he wants to file the Appeal against the order..Please guide wherther his First Appeal Order application has to be filed before the District and session court or before the High court ??

My dad recently expired and we applied for legal heir certificate. Myself, my sister and mother are officially legal heirs. But when the certificate arrived,
1. Our initials were not present ( for myself, my sister & my mom)
2. They've included my dad's deceased mother as the fourth legal heir.
Will this create any complication in the future? What does this mean?
And my dad has a brother & his children who are still alive and one sister who's deceased, but have children.
Will my dad's brother's family have rights to claim my dad's assets?

Case was dismissed in default. Now to revoke / restore the same can application be filed and what is the time period.
