Main content of charge sheet
A1 is me and A2 is real estate broker

Investigation revealed as below LW1 is residing at XXXXX
A1 is purchaser and A2 is mediator and they know both each other
LW1 purchased plot no. 45 from Venu and planted kaddies around the land area
Later due to financial conditions she wanted to dispose off the land
At that time A2 came into contact with her through whom L1 sold out the plot to A1
A1 is due of 1Lakh to her, she has kept all the original documents with A2 till she get the money
Meantime a quarrel took place between LW-1 and A2 and she demanded her plot back
Taking the situation to their advantage, A1 and A2 threatened and took 7 Lakhs from her and also took
one plain cheque of Ramesh who is her relative and above said document is cancelled
since then A1 and A2 colluded each other and presented the above check for 15 lakhs without the
knowledge of her and Ramesh due to which cheque was bounced taking the advantage of same
cheque bounce case was filed in court
A1 and A2 has been treating her to give 15 lakhs to withdraw the case and return the documents
While things stood thus on 27th March 2015 Lw1 went to A2 to collect the documents but he was not
There, she asked his wife to give the documents but she did not do so hence she return from there
keeping in this mind on 29th March A1 and A2 criminally trespassed into the house of Lw1 and abused Lw1 and Lw2 with filty language and beat Lw2 with hands and threatened with dire consequences while
Leave the place thus A1 and A2 committed the offences punishable u/s IPC 420, 448, 323, 506
Clarification from my side
I am the A1 and real estate agent is A2
I am not in country on 29th March --- have passport copy proof
Also in cancellation deed I have clearly mentioned it was cancelled due to misunderstood and legal issues
Previous case details are not mentioned by them somehow managed the police
I got ACB in session court in first go itself and he clearly mentioned case is completely civil in nature
For cheque bounce I don’t know who Ramesh is and I am not even the benefier
Let me know whether it is fit case for quash and positive results expected

Dear Sir ,
1) My father in law given rent of two shop to different people in 2008 , for
1 years renewal contract.
2) Shop keeper has paid on only one month rent in 2008 , they have just one rent receipt.
3) In 2009 , father in law file file eviction suit . After that due to poor health &
financial condition , he could not fight the case .
(his office lockout , still not got any benefit)
4) The shop keeper once send rent by money order , my father in law denied to accept. Later , they are not paying
rend for 8 Years.
5) My Father in law's , elder sister in a worst sitauion , her husband got blood cancer (last stage),
She has a girl child of 15 years .
6) My Father in law want to give shop to his elder sister so that the family can sustain.
(transfer ownership)
My question is that , is this will be the solid ground to vacate the shop ?
As this family need immediate relief , can we ask for speedy trial from high court ?
Can we ask pending rent from the shop keeper ?

My grandfather has some agricultural land in Punjab. I am the sole-named person in his will. We all live in England. My grandfather is unwell and cannot give a power of attorney due to mental incapacity. I will be applying for a Court of Protection in England so that I can manage his affairs. If I get this notarised, can it be registered and used in India for selling his land?

respected sir / madam,
my friend wife had one lic policy. but she returned to hospital to home on the way one person theft gold Jain and and shoot by gun. after that she was death. my friend have FIR copy and post modem report. my friend approach to lic the claim amount..
lic said this is a planed murdered and we have doubt to him ( husband ).she got lic policy date is 17/02/2015 and she murder 29/04/2016. no pending of lic dues. now lic doubt to her husband. policy amount : 25,00,000/- ( Twenty five Lakhs only)
1.how to get claim amount.
2. now lic asked who done by murder to my friend?

Case was heard before conciliation officer who forwarded with his recommendation for sanction before the LC which is awaited for months due to employer having strong approach. As per ID Act Amendment 2010 can I file case before Labour Court directly and what is the procedure as presently due to no job my income dried up. Please advice.

wrong name in caste certificate and caste validity certifica
Hello sir
My name is AMEY ...its my original name written on my birth certificate and 10th certificate and all other document..but in my caste and caste validty certificate is AMEYA..
There is addition of letter 'a'..but pronunciation is same...so what should i do..i am preaparing for govt exam..is there any problem during document verification if i get selected..
Give me advice that it may matter or not..so that i can be ready for any corretion in name..
