My wife filed divorce petition in family court under section 13 1(i-a & i-b) of Hindu Marriage Act.She has filed an application u/s 25 of HMA for permanent alimony. I am owing a plot jointly with my brothers. I have sold my undivided share to one of my brother without proper payment entries.
Query:
Will court declare my sale as null & void in the same case. (u/s 25 of HMA)

Hi I am shiva here , I recently married just 5 months before , later I came to know that she had an affair with her EX - BOSS ages around 50 years, and I got few hotel bills which they booked as husband and wife and stayed together in double bed room, now I need an divorce and stay away from her, pls advice me to better way for divorce.

Sir an FIR was registered against me with IPC section 324.the case is in under trail.Now the petitioner is ready to comprise.Will I be eligible for civil services after cancelation of the case by the court.Can FIR can make any problem pls answer me sir

The last it was heard was on 31/03/2015 thereafter since last one year it is getting postponed. I suspect foulplay. Is there any complaint mechanism

One of my cousin file a fire of attempt to rape case to a boy who is a bus driver.
Now she wants to withdraw case because she has to marry a boy who is a mexidcal practitioner.
Can fir be withdraw or squashed or cancel.
Still police not charge shetted the bus driver.
So we want withdraw case against driver and marry her to another boy who is doctor.
What will be the procedure to withdraw the case .

If accused person is not charge sheeted nor arrested in a case.
Can we withdraw fir before police station after giving reasonable reason to withdrawal of FIR.
As it is time and money consuming and we have to settle out of state for a job.
