Hi experts, my grandfather started living in a house in Bombay since 1967. The landlord is providing receipts under his name even after his death. Now that I wanna carry out repairs he is asking me to pay a hefty sum to transfer the rent receipt on my name plus another hefty sum for the repairs. Now that my grandfather is no more and my parents have past away. My Dad was an adopted child , so he is asking for pagdi again claiming that it is not rightfully his.is he right ? If not is there another option ?

I have filed an RTI in the municipal office by registered post but not received any answer than I filed first appeal after 33 days to SDO concern but I did not received any reply than after 35 days I have sent second appeal to state information commission by registered post. It is already 35 days over to second appeal.
Now what should I do? Please suggest

if the suit property is in possession of adverse party, then in this stage, we can file suit without site plan ?

My father is govt teacher and in my customer case me hume 3.5 lakh me sattel hua. Mera lawyer demanded 50% of totel and I give 50000 by the cheque and after five years my lawyer demanding 1.25 lack for five years. He Registered fir against my father. Usne ACP DELHI ME COMPLAINT KI HAI KI humne use 1.25 lack liye uski wife ki aided school naukri lagne ke liye hai. So it a false complaint against my father. Give me some advice

I am running a small school in the district of Mahabubnagar of Telangana for last 5 years and is recognised by Gvernment of Telangana with a permission to run the classes up to X.
One week back, a resident of our colony has filed an RTI query with the District Educational Officer seeking the information about my school, which was forwarded to Mandal officer, then to our school.
The query seeks the information about:
1.List of teachers, and copies of their educational qualifications.
2.Salary details of all the staff members of our school.
3. PFcontribution details of all the staff members in our school.
4. All the copies of certificates/documents submitted by the school at the time of seeking school's recognition.
My doubt is whether the school has any obligation to furnish these details to Mandal Edn.Office?
Since the qualification certificates and salaries are the private affairs of the staff members, is it necessary to give reply by the school management and the District Educational Officer?
We informed to the DEO that private school does not come under RTI act since it does not get any financial aid from government.

My relative has used fake sc certificate and got admission in iit Bombay, but I have no proof. So I filed rti to iit Bombay, pio replied that he belongs to general category and his plus2 & btech certificate is discarded. Then I fill appeal to FAA, he replied that pio has given reply and as per rules of institute students personal documents is not maintained after 10 yrs. As student has studied around 15yrs back, so I have suspicious that both are lying, as I think no such law exists in reality. First appelate authority is registrar in iit Bombay. Now what reason I fill in appeal to cic , Delhi. As I don't now about registrar rules for maintaining students file for how many years. Please guide me. IIT BOMBAY comes under hrd ministry.please guide me.

Hi! I am married since 1.5 year and recently have a baby boy too. 6 months back my wife left me by abusing me and my family. Her parent took her with them after a lot of fights at home. Since than she is at her parent home. She filed a complaint against me in caw cell in may month and i attend all dates. In last i offered her a settlement agreement. Which she denied to sign off. I jad clearly told her that i will take her back only if she will sign the document which is a legal clousre of the matter. She has done all this because of the ego and. Under her parent influence. After 1.5 of complain i sent her a section 9 notice. Which she never replied. Now they are planning for FIR. And i have made my mind to get rid of this relationship because of the nature and behavior of my wife and in laws. Please suggest me in this matter and guide me the consequences. They have an eye over to my father's property. How to tackle these tricky people?

Mother is now wanted to do second marriage before that she want to register adoption deed of her child.
Where to register such adoption deed?
Whether NOC of first husband is required?

Hi sir I left a job not serving the notice period and also sent my resignation letter through mail they are insisting me to come personally and resign , I was on probation just complete four months .If not they are threatened to legally. Will they fill case
