Hi,
i am n employee worked for a company only for 3 months and absconded due to personal issue and could not serve the notice.i came to know that even if we have worked only for 3 months we can claim for pf..now when am contacting my Hr they aren't responding please let me know how to claim my pf without taking any signature or approval from them.also i don't have any details such as pf no or UAN NO.
please let me know the details.

DATE OF BIRTH OF MY WIFE IS IN JULY 1968. DUE TO PREVALENT RULES OF CBSE, HER PARENTS CHANGED HER DATE OF BIRTH TO MAY 1968 SO THAT HER START OF EDUCATION IS NOT DELAYED. SINCE SHE WAS BORN IN A DELHI GOVT HOSPITAL GETING ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM. OUR CHILDREN ARE IN A PROCESS OF SETTLING DOWN IN US AND HER MIGRATION MAY BE A PROBLEM LATER. SHE HAS ALSO CHANGED HER NAME AFTER MARRIAGE. KINDLY ADVISE HOW TO CHANGE HER DATE OF BIRTH. IS IT ADVISABLE TO USE REVERT TO MAIDEN NAME IN FUTURE SO THAT THERE IN ONLY ONE CHANGE IS THERE IN DOCUMENTS.

I have awarded rs175000 for motor accident claim.The respondent have no vehicle insurance and so the respondent is liable to pay. how to claim from him if he has no money or property in his name. I think he is studying and no job.

Hello sir/madam, i have won the case for 138 at lower court. Court has ordered to pay double the amt. He has appealed to session court whr he has askd to pay 20% of amt as deposit in 4 weeks. Then he appealed against this order to high court whr he has been asked to pay dis 20% in 6 weeks. This 6 weeks is going to end up by tomorrow. I think he has nt deposited the amt. Do he wil get more time to deposit this amt?? N what action should be taken by me as he has nt deposited this amount.
Pls do d needful.

Respected Experts ,
I would like to know that I registered land somewhat before 3 years ago and since perviously that land was in the name of 2 party's but my grandfather registered his part to his daughtet-in-law by deciding the direction (chauhaddi) as there was our house over there and opposition party did'nt had anything .so opposition filed case before SDM stating that my grandfather did wrong registration(bainama) and chauhaddi
so they filed restoration (Tajvisani Prarthana) but SDM took visit of the site and stated that we have our house and pumping set and even chauhaddi is done for the benefit of both the party's so there is no chance of restoration in this matter and he cancelled the appeal (Tajvisani Prarthana by opposite party)
But opposition party again filed case as review of the statement given by previous SDM
So please let me know whether I can cultivate my land because when we cultivate it opposite party calls local gunda
So let me know how can i acquire it by the law

Hello sir mera aap se ek sawaal tha ke mere pappa ka karz bohat hai or yaha pe kaam bandh ho gaya hai 4 saal se or jiske paise dena hai humlog ko who sab ghr pe aare hai tho koi aaise raste bataye ke unlog ko thoda thoda kar ke paise de de ....humlog unse baat karre hai tho who nhi maan re hai sab bolte hai ke humlog ko hamara pura paise do nhi tho uska biyaz dena padega.....or kuch log tho biyaz laga ke paise maang re hai or hamara kaam bhi bandh hai aab aap bataye humlog kya karre kuch aaise zariya ke hum unke paise unko dede bas ek saath nhi ho sakta thoda thoda kar ke de de.....hum ko kisi ka paise nhi khana hai is liye koi rasta bataye.....

Fake 498a case
Hello Legal Team,
I was a victim of 498A case, recently honorable court pleased to dismiss this fake case.
Now my question is how can I teach them lesson for filing this fake case ?
Can I sue Investigation Officer too for filing this case ?
In cross evidence complainant agreed they used higher official influence to file the case. Investigating Officer obeyed his higher official order and did not make proper investigation and submitted the charge sheet.
Now pls advice me, how can I sue them for harassing me and my family members by filing fake case ?
