Consumer protection act and information technology act

Dear Sir,

I am victim of E-fraud committed by renowned e-retailer in India. I over ordered one product on e-commerce site. But after receiving the product, I find that product with lower MRP was sent as I ordered the product of higher MRP. The invoice was also made as per my order but different product was sent. I feel both e-retailer and seller should be held responsible as most of us do not check and compare the ordered and actual product, tag and specification as per order. Now, my question is what are the sections of different act that they should be charge-sheeted. Can I seek compensation under Consumer Protection Act and what would be the maximum amount of compensation ?

Completed few months of graduation last year while doing government job

Sir,
I joined a Government Deptt. in the final year of graduation when few months were left for examination.
After joining the department I was issued Admit Card by the University after which I applied for permission from my office, which was granted on ground that I department has no objection if I have completed my attendance.
Sir as we know that Admit Card are issued only after minimum required attendance. Therefore I appeared for the final graduation exam and passed. After passing I was issued degree from the univesity, Which was later attached to my Service Book.
Recently I got to know that My attendance must have been short. But how can it is possible as I was issued Admit Card, I appeared and passed also.

Sir my query is that if I will appear in any future exam were graduation is required, will I be rejected or harassed by the authorities? Please help me Sir I am in great Dilemma.....

Can high court force the respondent in matrimonial appeal to agree for 13b?

Can high court force either respondent or both for mutual divorce (13B) in pending appeal on judgement from family court? If I don't agree for 13B even on advise from HC, and blindly ask for trail based on merit, will it adversely affect my side during trial?
