IN A SPECIAL CIVIL SUIT PLAINTIFF DIES,
AFTER 180 DAYS NOTHING HAPPENED AND SUIT WAS ABATED WHAT CAN I DO FOR RESORATION OF SUIT?
WEATHER I FILE SPECIAL CIVIL APPLICATION BEFORE HIGH COURT ?
OR ELSE
pLS PROVIDE IF ANY FORMAT?
OR I FILE APPLICATION UNDER ORDER 22 RULE 3 TO THE SAME COURT WHO PASS ABATE OF SUIT ORDER.
iN MY CASE THREE PLAINTIFF ARE THERE OUT OF THREE ONLY ONE DIES REMAINING TWO SERVIVES.
PLAINTIFF NO. 1 IS FATHER WHO DIES
PLAINTIFF NO. 2 IS SON OF PLAINTIFF NO. 1 WHO DIES
PLAINTIFF NO. 3 IS DAUGHTER OF PLAINTIFF NO 1 WHO DIES.

I stay in mumbai in a flat. I have a overhead water tank in my flat. The society now wants it to b removed stating it is unlawful. SGM passed the agenda of fining Rs 10000 per month to members who have overhead tanks. Me n my husband r working professionals. Any help?

Dear Expersts please guide me I want truth about my father's property, I want to know my rights. My mame is Kishore we are five members ( Father, Mother, My Sister (She is elder) Me and my younger brother.) Sir my father bought land 3 cents from his own sister at that time me and my sister studying degree and inter. We are middle class family. MY sis completed her Degree she tried for competitive exams, she got a job in Bank after that we started to construct our own building on our father purchased land. my father didn't put even a rupee for our building but the property is in his name. Total amount paid by my sister salary and outside loans. The loans also paid by my sister. This happened 9 years back now I got a job in govt sector recently, my sister is now getting married she is 29 years age now, she awaits for getting marrage till i get a job while because she thought after her marriage I have to become backbone to my family's economic background. "Sir now the problem is my father selling our own house and getting money he want to leave us, why because he addicted drinking and gutkas even he make my younger brother also addicted like him after my sister's marriage he never gets her salary he do nothing for his daily expenses too. My mother is uneducated, he need money for his addicted activities that's why he is going to sell our own house we don't have any other property we only have that house. Nowadays for lady marriage lots of problems will be rising even we will loss our own house we will loss our identity in our own village. Please suggest me we(me & my sister) dont want to lose our house. The house was on my fathers name please suggest me what to do.?

I need ur valuable advice on the below issue .pls help me out.
my sister married first time when she was 17yr without registry. only photo proofs we have.after 7months my sister left her in-laws and no contact with her husband. 3yrs later she got married a guy with proper registry.is her second marriage will be valuable or it will be void marriage ?????
or she needs divorce from her first husband, because that time she was 17yrs and married was not registered ???? pls suggest me what she will do to valid her second marriage..

Hi due to physical abuse and frequent fights i have decided to file for divorce from my husband. He is also verbally abusive & forcibly kept all my salary with him refusing to give it back. Tried to convince him for counselling but he refused. Also refused to give a mutual divorce hence i have filed a contested petition but its yet to reach my husband. I dont wish to get entangled in a legal battle. Should i mail him to consider a mutual divorce again though i have already filed for divorce under cruelty? Is it ok for me to communicate with him now before the petition reaches him? I still don't want a divorce but doing because no way out as my husband has no intention to mend his ways. Pls help

Dear Experts,
I was using credit card unfortunately payment was delayed unable to pay it on due date, I was unable to reach on last Monday due to my cell phone was submitted at security gate of refinery. recovery agent was called my brother my Facebook friends and my relatives and informed them, I didn't pay the outstanding and shared all the information even due amount,
I raised complaints to bank nodal officer of Axis Bank about it but no use I want to take legal action how can they share my personal financial issues with anybody.
I want to know if person is delayed the payment bank or there agents having authority that they can share the information with anyone.
I want to take legal action on the recovery person because due to this I insulted in many places where they shared such things please guide me how can I take legal action.

Recently IRCTC has suspended my account without prior assigning any reason. It was pathetic as I came to know this when I urgently in need of a Tatkal ticket. Due to this I could not book a ticket and travel. On contacting the costumer care thro' mail, they said that my account is using autofill or enormous pressing and suggested me to create a new account with new email and mobile no. I followed that and created new account and tried for booking tatkal at 1100 AM and failed while banking and attempted again and again finally ending with no ticket.This might have caused enormous pressing, hence I afraid this account also to be suspended. My IRCTC prepaid card could not be used as it is not linked with new account. All together I am in lose of money, time and labour.
So please suggest me how can I proceed against IRCTC.
