Hello Sir
In 2019 i bought a land of 8 decimal from person A. My mutation is also done.
Persona A who sold me this, bought it from Person B on 2012. After Person A bought he also done mutation at same time.
Person B who sold to person got this from family settlement, she also done mutation at 2007 before selling land.
Now i come to know, There is a law suit between Person B and his husband second wife. Legally 2nd wife has no right in property but still lawsuit is going on.
My question is, i want to built a house on this land, so for me is it advisable or not?
What will happen if Person B lost from his husband 2nd wife? Will i loose my land + house if i make on it?

An ancestral property has been given to only 2 children through will. Can it be partitioned now among all children and wife ? The donor of the will is no more now but one of the beneficiaries of the will is willing for partition among all.
