My sister is going to complete nearly three months in christ universityin undergraduate course.she now wishes to withdraw. Will she get get refund of tuition fee after deductions.can the college refuse to refund on any ground?

I have send rti application through regd post a/d to tehsildar, but even after 20days I haven't received a/d card. I think tehsildar not signed ad card. So I fill online complaint for ad card on www.indiapost.gov.in. But they give no response, even after 15 days. So how can I proof rti delivery to faa and cic Delhi. What action now will I take

Is it possible to get dismissal of criminal appeal without arguments especially when court has no jurisdiction in the matter?
As I posted in a separate thread, I got notice from session court on a criminal appeal against my acquittal. After help from experts here & discussing with my counsel, it's clear that session court has no jurisdiction and any such appeal has to be in HC.
Since this is the direction of supreme court, complaint argument really does not matter and hence me and my counsel are wondering how we present this case to request court to dismiss without hearing arguments from the appellant.
The motive of appellant is only to harass me and keep me occupied with legal process.

Dear sir,
I am residing in property of my great grand father who had purchased the property
My grand mother after her my father and I am residing in the property for more than 80 years
The property was transferred amongst two brothers of my grand mother from great grand father in 1970
My grand mother purchased the property from her brothers for rs 20000 but the brothers cheated her and the property was not transferred in her name
Now the sons and daughters of my grandmothers brother are threatening us for ouster from the property
They even called police who took my entire family to the police station who threatened us to live the house or we would be put to jail as trespassers
My father got seriously ill because of these was admitted to hospital for a month and he is mentally scared on depression and cannot talk properly and has got very weak
He takes tension and his blood pressure touches to 190/110 I am scared for my father
The house needs repair and they do not allow us to repair the house
We do cultivation in the near by property we have even stopped cultivation because of these
We are in the sole possession of the property and we are being threatened for no possible reasons every time pls save us as we are poor and they are very rich
They always give slang word to us and we keep quiet though it hits our self respect immensely
Please suggest us efficient legal remedy so that my family is secured

If a contempt application under section 15 of Contempt of Courts Act gets rejected by Advocate General, what is the other remedy which can be undertaken?

-in the complaint of consumer what points should be taken.
-In complaint should we explain all the points in detail OR should be kept short and sweet?
-should the judgement on which we relay be pointed out or it should be taken at the time of filinng of affidavit and argument only
-in complaint should we pointed out the brief sections we are rely

Illegal constructions in co-operative housing society
Sir, i am staying in a co operative housing society in mumbai.A member who is staying in the ground floor of our society is having a 1 bhk flat. There is a stilt parking area adjacent to his flat which is a common stilt parking of the society.This ground floor member is claiming that he has paid for this stilt parking area and it is his own property and society has no claim on this stilt parking area.Secondly he has made extensive changes inside his flat by breaking the concrete wall of his flat and made an additional door with steps for direct entry from his flat to this stilt open area.He is making illegal constructions on this stilt parking area by putting grills on both the sides and has made boundary walls of about 2 feet height from the ground level and made staircase to enter into this parking area from outside and vice-versa. Also he has made extensive alterations inside his flat by converting the kitchen area as a bedroom and encroached upon the society's common place to make a bigger size kitchen. We would like to know whether (1)he can use the stilt parking area as his personal property and make changes/alterations in the parking area,(2)these interior changes are legal or not and whether we can complain to the municipality for demolition of these alterations.
