Inquiry regarding compensation of acquired land

Dear Experts,

We have inami land on the name of temple at Beed district (Maharashtra). Names of my father and other family relatives appears in 'other rights' section of 7/12. My father is no more.

The said land has 6 survey numbers. The said land is acquired by government to build dam long ago.

Following are my queries;

1. How do I find out survey number against which land was acquired.

2. I doubt compensation is released and part of my father is claimed by my cousin without my notice. How and where do I get the information about who claimed compensation of my father?

3. How and where will I get the information about whether remaining land is sold by my cousin or land's current status.

Thanks in advance.

You can suggest advocate from Beed.

Insurance

Is this true:
1) in life insurance after death the liabilities (if woman) are disposed and remaining amount is given.
2) in case of a man his liabilities doesn't affects the claim amount.
if true then under which ACT.
Thank you.
