क्या दिल्ली high court , supreme court मे CRPC 164 के बयान की कोपी oppiste party को देने पर कोई judgement हुआ है?

कया CRPC 164 मे हुए बयान की copy oppiste पार्टी को नही मिल सकती जबकि
charge sheet नही आइ हो. Uttar Pardesh , और कुछ दुसेरे states मे तो crpc
164 के बयान की कोपी oppiste party को charge sheet से पैय्लिय भी ले सकते है. पर दिल्ली मे यह law नही ?जो की human right , और law of justice के भी खिलाफ है ? और देश के equal law को भी challenge करता है ? की देश की राजधानी delhi मे जो law Act CRPC 164 होना था वो दुसेरे स्टेट मे है . जिस का फ़ायदा police और judiciary system दिल्ली मे केस को delay करने मे करते है 200% ?. Please help any lawyers :-
( 1) क्या दिल्ली high court , supreme court मे CRPC 164 के बयान की कोपी oppiste party को देने पर कोई judgement हुआ है?
(2) अगर हुआ है ? तो please उस की copy provide कराय ?
(3) अगर इश तरह का कोई case delhi high court या suprime court मे कबिह लगा हो?
(4) मे इश matter ( CRPC 164 ) मे oppiste पार्टी को judgement की copy देने के लिया एक RIT लगने की सोच रहा हु ? जब की others states मे येह already है.

As a rule principle employeer has to pay 28.98% weekly off and national holidays for security personnel deployed. Is this right? If yes, Then can i get GO Notification please.

in NDPS ACT IF THE TOTAL TABLETS OF LOMOTIL ARE 1800/- IN QUANTITY, THE SALTS ARE IN EACH TABLET :- DIPHENOXILATE HYDROCHLORIDE 2.5 MG & ATROPINE SULPHATE 0.025 THAT IS TOTAL QTY OF TABLET IS 2.525 MG & SMALL QTY IS 2 GM & COMMERCIAL QTY IS 50 GM OF DIPHENOXILATE HYDROCHLORIDE ( WHICH IS BANNED), I THINK THAT IF 1800 X 2.525 MG = 4545 MG & IF CONVERT IN GRAM THEN 4545/1000 = 4.5 GM, IT IS A SMALL QTY OR COMMERCIAL QTY. IS CALCULATION IS CORRECT OR NOT ?

I am from pune.hired place in Mumbai. Cheque given to Mumbai landlord.he deposits cheque in pune instead of Mumbai. But files cheque bounce file in Mumbai. Whether Case maintainable on grounds of jurisdiction as cheque bounce action arises in Pune?

Dear experts I would like to seek your advice . have successful work experience of 14 yrs was hired by a organization on good salary package. Within 6 months I started doing good. Simultaneously my manager joined and within 3 months of his joining he started envying me. He was an arrogant misbehaved person. I was cornered and he started taking interest in my department and than justified the company he can handle my department too. I wrote a mail about his arrogant behaviour and he causing mental pressure to higher management. Nobody answered addressed my grievances. They asked me to put willing resignation which I denied and reported the case to ministry of women and child welfare. They reacted and terminated me on basis of non performance which is not true. I filed a civil suit. Can somebody suggest me how does the case gonna proceed. Company has not paid my salary and because of termination no.company is ready to hire. Please suggest

Marriage has completed 1 year. Wife and I are not compatible and both want divorce.
If wife applies for divorce under HMA because husband has renounced the world and husband admits renouncing the world can divorce be granted in less than 6 months? What other proof does court need?
