Dear Experts.
I live in Mumbai I am the owner of two apartments located next to each other( jodi flats). They have been registered as two separate apartments and I am the first owner in both and my husband is the co owner i e his is the second name in both registrations. I now wish that his may be the first name in ONE of the apartments. What is the procedure as per the laws applicable in Mumbai. Look forward to your advice Regards Gita

I was travelling on my two wheeler in a National Highway. There was a pothole on the highway and myself with my bike fell into the pothole and i was injured.Since i wear helmet my life is saved. Now i want to make the responsible person for Highway maintenance to be punished under the law and repair all the pot holes.
What should i do? Where i need to complaint . Please suggest, this may save the life of many innocent families.

Respected, My father got farm from grandfather according to his will but after that my paternal uncle added many names on 7/12 and 8a of my fathers agri land...now whnever i took print of 7/12 and 8a of my agri land it will have so many names of uncles daughter and sons.
My question is can i sale my agricultural land(farm) even my lands 7/12 form and 8a form have others name along with me..??
The land is in Maharashtra state.
Is it possible to sale this property solely ??

Dear Sirs,
I need your expert advice on the below matter,
My wife and her younger sister are the only daughters of my in-laws. Somehow, my in laws are close to my sister in law since she is 7 yrs younger to my wife and also could be due to my wife studied at her relatives placed since she was 6 yrs old.
Now my sister in law is also married and settled in US. But my mother in law want to dispose all the property in my sister in law's name. The details of the property are as below
1. ABout 24 acres of farm land near the express way. This land is inherited to my father in law since he was the only son of his father.
2. Also my in-laws sold about 6 acres of other farm land and bought residential properties in my mother-in-laws name and few properties in sister-in-laws name.
3. They also have 2 houses in a village, also inherited by my father-in-law.
Now legally, how my wife can approach for her air share in property.
Since my wife had suffered a lot since her childhood , I want her at least win legally.
Your expert opinion will be very helpful for us in this regards.

Me convicted in falsly convicted in 498a & filed petition on session judge and principal judge rejected divorce decree on mental ground n cruelity. Now she threatening to enter my house in kota Rajasthan. While case is going on jehanabad Bihar.plz suggest what should my actions.

Respected sir, my brother is filed a case at Rajkot court , order passed by magistrate every month he has to pay monthly compensation is rs 27000/- for divorce matter please he want stay against this order what is a time limit of this order to file and get a stay

There was threat given by mobile for take back land case against accused which FIR register under section 504,506 of IPC.Trial in megistrate first class,evidence stage is completed.Complainant actualy record voice of conversation of accused in mobile.Complainant forget to mention voice recording in chief examination in court.Now he file appication for accept voice recording after evidence stage but trial court reject it.No it revision is before session court
1.What solution to win complainant case
2.What is duty of investigating officer in mobile threat case,which evidence shall useful and collect by IO
3.What is point of defence
4.Any judgement in favour of complainant

I have filed a criminal case aginst a person n his wife, brother n wife of bother u/s 500 n 506 IPC in privet complain. accused no 1 get conviction of 3 month n others were fine of Rs 2000/. accused no 1 took the bail n file a appeal. I had completed argument before 1 year but accused no 1 is not giving his argument. every date h give some reasons n session judge allowed him n he is prolonging time n enjoying bail. what action i can take against him n under which section. every date we object.
