Hi sir,
We live in a house, which my father got it from his grandfather. My father has 2 younger brothers. So the 3 brothers(my father and his 2 brothers) divided the property into 3 parts. As their grandfather didn't make any will while he was alive, these 3 brothers divided the property after the death of their grandfather. My father has 2 sons. I am the elder one. My question is that, does my father have a right to give that property(house) to any one? Or we, the sons of my father should get that house? I guess we have the right to get the house not my father.
Could you please help me with this?

65 year old person purcahsed a celectric rikshaw with six month garantee on its batterries from A (delaer).before six month, as batteriies were defective was all over.purchaser file consumer case aginst the dealer and company but dealer is not taking any responsibility of batteries although dealer gave full assurance of replacment of batterries incase of defect at the time of purcahse.
want to know that, whether dealer can be held responsible for defficincy in service
kindly refer recent case laws regarding responsibilty of dealer and company
further comapany is exparte in the case

I have filled rti application to naib tehsildar lehra, Sangrur, Punjab and asked for certified copies of the following
1. Copy of jamabandi 2004-2005, khewat no xxx, village xyz
2 state the land share owned by all land owners in this khewat in kanal -Marla , not in fractions as mentioned in jamabandi
3 state the reason why pati is changed in new jamabandi

As under rti act 2005, only record is provided which is available only in our office and no reply is given of questions under rti act. If you want copy of jamabandi then get it from fard kendar , on any working day.

I think naib tehsildar has not given any information and puzzled that how to get information. So what fill in appeal to FAA. Is he speaking true or my rti is wrong

I am working in HR department of a PSU.
We used to deploy contractual labour for around 1-1.5 months in a year.
Earlier we used to hire directly and paid lump sum amount. However, for the past few years, in order to comply with ESI, EPF acts, we have outsourced contractual labour from manpower agency. But, the experience has so far has not been good.
Problems like non compliance of EPF, ESI act, delayed wages, and less wages have time and again cropped up. The agency is reluctant to mend ways. Also, due to crunch of staff, work relating to maintenance of ESI,EPF of contractual staff would add additional burden to the organization.
It is also mentioned that daily wage staff hired on such short duration are not able to get maximum benefit from EPF etc. As most of them are students looking for quick money during vacations.
Can we deploy apprentice or volunteers on honorarium basis and get away with ESI, EPF? Can you suggest me anyway out of this problem?
Please advice.

I am rakesh 28 years old Hindu boy n working as a financial consultant in chennai and past 3 years I'm love with a girl she is muslim. We are decided to get marry under special marriage act but the thing is we don't want to convert religion for a while. Already I'm converted to Muslim but I don't have any legal certification. So what are the things I need to do and we don't have any problem with our parents they gave permission to get marriage. Please help me what are the ways I have

In my DV case court has given possession of half house ( 2 rooms out of 4 ) to my wife but she is not living there long back. she is living n working in different city far away from home town. she had not paid the light bill from last 6/8 months.and not taking care of it.
can i ask court to cancell her possession of 2 rooms.
any other suggestion .

Dear Sir,
I have a flat at Lower Parel and I am a member of the co-operative society.
As I stay in Worli I have given by Lower Parel flat on rent from last few years.
Suddenly the society has raised a bill of INR 30,000/- as NOC charges without any resolution for last year and this year (15000/- per NOC).
My question is if the charges are legal? Are they within their rights? I do not even know if other non occupant have paid this or no?
What do I do? Kindly advice.

Hye my father had a heartattack ,we had consulted a doctor who told that is food poisioning and gives some medicines after 2 days when the condition is not getting suitable we have consulted another doctor he takes ecg and told that it is a normal chest infection and give some medicines which not suitable for heartattack patient ,after taking medicines 4 days my father condition was still not getting stable ,so i decided to go to another doctor, thier they have taken another ecg and declared that it was a heart attack and reffered to hospitalization ,in hospital doctors told they need stabalization for few days now ,and also told that it is better that you bring him back after 48 hours of heart attack, after 5 days of hospitalization doctor told that he needs bypass surgery so we decided to go max hospital delhi for better treatment ,in delhi they have operated my father but after few days my father got dead due to low heart function ,so i need ur advice in this case ,can i filed case against the doctors if yes then where can i file case and compensation need to be claim against doctors,

Speedy trial - harassment from inlaws, suicide attempt by sister, counter blast 498a, dp, 354 354a
Hello everyone, regarding my sister's suicide attempt case, the accused - wife and fil +2 relatives haven't attended the court since last 9 months after the chargesheet in November 2015. So we have approached the high Court for speedy trial and it is granted to complete the case as soon as possible on July 1st 2016. Still neither lower court nor the pp or acting on it. Please suggest how we can make this progress? As per my lawyer only pp can file expedition petition along with the memo in lower court and our lawyer can't do it. And pp wants money to do anything on this. I am not sure even he will do something after we pay him. Considering the political influence of my fil and how police are helping him. CI and pp are playing this hand in hand. My wife has filed as usual the fake case of 498a, 3,4, 6 DP and 354, 354a on my brother in law as a counter blast, we acquired AB.
