Payment not received from customer

We are a small firm who provide recruitment services to candidates and charges 15 days salary from candidates. We communicate everything to candidate before hand, record their calls, candidates fills in online form and accepts terms and conditions and then gets placed. If a candidate is not paying charges due to not getting invoice , can he/she be sued? As we communicative the amount to be paid on phone call and over email and dont sent any particular invoice as we dont pay Service tax due to less than 10 lakh turnover. Please confirm if a candidate can deny payment just because of not getting an official invoice although we have sent the details over phone call and courier and email.
Please confirm.

Transfer of unregistered property to blood relatives.

Hi,
My father owns a house. We have a society avantan Patra as only document for this house.Father pays house/property tax every year and have all electric/water and other bills on his name. However this house is not registered yet. We are living in this house from last 25 yeaes. We have a NOC from society also. Now my father wants to tansfer this house to my name(son). Could you please advice on what is the best way(less tax, less money and legal) for my father to transfer this unregistered property to his son?
We approached society to figure out best way and society members and a lawyer. They suggested to first do society namantran(name transfer in society) and then directly do registration on son's name . No need to register this unregistered property on Father's name and then do the transfer. Is this correct ? Please help and provide best possible way to transfer this unregistered property of father to son.

Re daughter share in property

Hi. We had purchased an agricultural property in 2002.. The seller's A, B and C were brothers and it was part of their ancestral property. They were paid fair market price during transfer.
now daughters of A have filed petition at Civil court against their father, uncles and other owners to whom the properties are sold.
Since we had purchased property prior to 2005 ammendment can they still claim for their share.. Please guide

Absconding from job

Respected Sir,
Sir I had got appointment as a SSE(Gr.C) in railways with 5 year bond period, in which I had signed. Sir I joined the job as a Trainee and went to the office for 4 days. After that I took an extension of 3 months for completing my M.Tech degree on medical grounds (I sent it from home) which was ongoing at the time. But then I did not return. It has been one year now from the date of joining. I did not make my salary account, did not give my PAN no. and therefore I have not received any salary. Also I did not issue any I-card or anything from the office. It has been one year and I have not received any notice regarding that. I have got another govt. job (Gr. A) and want to take that up. Will it be a problem in the future??
I had tried resigning once but the chain of phone calls never seem to end.

Proof for loan waiver

We have a partnership firm with only two partners i.e me and my brothers wife.
The firm has taken an unsecured loan from my partners husband(my brother) and partners son.
This unsecured loan is shown in balance sheet of the firm also.
It was verbally agreed with my brother that he will never claim the loan he has given to firm.
Now my brother has expired and me and his wife (partners of firm) are planing to dissolve the firm.
Please suggest me a format and title of letter/agreement/mou which i can get signed by my partner(brothers wife) and her two sons (being the legal heir of fathers loan and another loan in one sons name) saying that they will never claim this loan from the firm(or forego/waive this loan) and it is settled.
