My Father is the elder son of their family. He is having 4 brothers and 3 sisters. His father and mother died some years back. Property partition is the issue. Daughters had already given their part. But still they want an equal partition. And each time when all are are gathered for partitioning one brother makes problems by saying he has spent money for home and so. He is not at all ready for any compromise. We need a solution for this partition issue. The property that we get may be less. But could you please advice a solution?

I was purchased a bike from capital first.total loan tanure is 24 month.ist 10 installment going regular.after that due to some health prblm i was unable to deposit my EMI.after 6 EMI bounce .now again all EMI clear regular.. but company file a coirt case against me.
I received a coury warrant today.which is bailable..but i want out of court sattelment.pls guide.

D/Sir,
I have been convicted for 1 yr SI and subsequently my employer has removed me from service with no financial benefits.Appeal to the appellate auth also declined.Am I eligible for any benefits?Appeal pending in the HC.

SIR, I WILL BE OBLIGED IF ANYBODY GUIDES ME ON FOLLOWING POINTS.
1) IF ANY EMPLOYEE OF CO-OP.BANK, RESIGNS WHAT WILL BE HIS STATS, WHETHER AS EX-EMPLOYEE OR PERSON OF GENERAL PUBLIC, SO FAR HIS EXISTING LOAN IS OUTSTANDING AND IS CONTINUED AND INCREASED AFTER HIS RETIREMENT.
2) AFTER RETIREMENT IF ANY LOAN IS GRANTED OR INCREASED, WHETHER HE SHOULD BUY SHARES AND BECOME SHAREHOLDER OF THE BANK, AND IF NO SHARES HAVE BEEN BOUGHT, EVENTHEN, BANK HAS GRANTED/INCREASED LOAN, THEN WHAT WILL BE PURVIEW OF COURT,WHETHER BOARD OF NOMINEE OR CIVIL COURT ?
3) IF BANK HAS FILED CASE IN BOARD OF NOMINEE AGAINST HIS EX-EMPLOYEE AFTER 9 YEARS FOR RECOVERY OF ENTIRE OUTSTANDING OF HOUSING LOAN AMOUNT AND THAT TOO WITH INCREASED RATE OF INTEREST WITH RETROSPECTIVE DATE OF HIS RETIREMENT,EVEN IF THE LOANEE HAS PAID REGULAR INSTALMENTS TILL DATE AS PER EXECUTED DOCUMENT, WHETHER THE ACTION OF BANK IS LEGAL ? AND WHETHER,BOARD OF NOMINEE SHOULD DISMISS CASE TREATING IT AS CIVIL DISPUTE.?

If judgement of district court is with property owner , can tenant apply to the high court or he has to vacant the property immediately or he will ask to district court that he will not vacant the property as he has to apply to high court
# what if fraud case is running in the same court against tenant (in the same rental property dispute case on the grounds of forged documents submitted to the court) can he still apply to high court?

Dear Querists!
As some of my brother experts have levelled very serious allegation against me that I do not want to lose my top place as Expert hence I raise flimsy allegations against other experts means I want to maintain my 1st place in Hall of Fame by hook or crook.
As my sole aim is to just share my legal knowledge and by way of this to serve mankind and if by doing so, I have reached at top place then this is not my mistake.
Anyway, in view of aforesaid allegation, I have decided to remain away from expert section till some other expert reaches to top place. If I also remain active then none other may reach at that place.
As innocent querist should not suffer from his right to get my view on his query hence I invite all desiring querists to raise their query by way of availing the facility of personal message (PM) which I shall attend and shall reply accordingly.
My post should not be regarded as against any of the experts. I have left the ground open for all of them.

Hello,
Could someone help me understand the ceiling limit of owning agricultural land in UP. In many queries, I have seen a figure of 12.5 acres being mentioned for purchase. However, there is also a mention of 7.3 hectares (18.25 acres) in many sites.
Are there other conditions under which the holding could go beyond that? The question is for irrigated land with 2 or more crops
